We booked this property because we wanted somewhere close to Candado and things to do. This property hit that mark. We stayed for a couple of day which was what we needed. A Super Wal-Mart and other stores in walking distance. Apartment is clean.The water pressure was low and I don't understand why I can't flush toilet paper. Other than that,it was a pleasure to be a guest at this property.

The host was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay, which had a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The wifi was consistent and good enough for working remotely with a lot of video calls, more stable than my friends staying at much nicer hotels in Condado!

I stayed in San Juan for a week, and this apartment was great! Clean, great size, had everything I needed, and easily accessible. The host was very helpful, and easy to contact. Close to the beach, freeway, and a Walmart. If I had any complaints it would be one of the neighbors dogs constantly barking in the morning. Will definitely stay again!

This was such a smooth, welcoming, clean, and overall comfortable stay. Jose made the check in and check out processes easy and convenient. The place is beautiful and nicely maintained as well. Walmart and Walgreens are walking distance as well as many restaurants. It was also nicely situated to explore other areas of the city. I would DEFINITELY stay here again when I’m back to PR, hands down!

Building is safe and secure in an apartment building with friendly neighbors. Very clean and comfortable living space. Had fresh, clean towels and bed linen with big pillows. Good AC with ceiling fans. Was able to cook breakfast with available cooking utensils or grab lunch from Walmart across the building with a Walgreens open until midnight. About a 12-15 minute walk to Coronado Beach. The host had a small cooler with beach towels and chairs available to use.The host was very responsive to answering questions. I would definitely stay again on my next visit to San Juan.

What an adorable place. Nicely centeredto get aroynd san juan. The check in process was like an amazing race challenge. Lol we enjiyed the puzzle to find the right lock. The street noise was loud but we felt like we were in the heart of the action.

Central place, noisy street.

Very clean, well equiped for a 1 months stay. City buses were around the corner as well as a Walmart for groceries and other needs. The only problem was cars and motor bikes racing their engines every night between 10pm and 2am. Not good for light sleepers. Jess is the administrator of the building and went above and beyond with helping with everything she could. Our vacation would not have been as nice without her. Thanks again Jess, we'll miss you.between

WOW this place was amazing

this place was perfect. I stayed for 10 days here with a friend and have no complaints. The place was conveniently located next to good stores and to the beach, check in was very accommodating and smooth, the place was spotless with all fresh linen, the balcony was absolutely beautiful, the shower was lovely and has beautiful windows in it. The place has excellent AC and a nice fridge and stove. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I cannot recommend this place enough. And the host is an incredibly lovely and wonderful person. 10/10
