Our apartment we call `Sea View @ Coral Beach` is a sunny, bright, Studio apartment, with an ocean view terrace, on Isla Verde Beach in the secure, gated, beach front Condominium Coral Beach. Located on the 12th floor, our crisply decorated studio provides sleeping for 2 in a King bed and 1 full tub/shower bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen includes refrigerator, 4 burner range with oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and washer/dryer, as well as all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glassware and silverware. All linens and towels are provided as well as bathroom amenities, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The apartment has streaming TV for those nights when you just want to stay in and watch Netflix or Prime after a beautiful day at the pool or the beach. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has high speed WIFI. Beach towels and beach chairs will be waiting for you! Grab your sunscreen and water and head to the beach! This beautiful apartment is in a SUPER location on the beach in the heart of Isla Verde. You`ll be able to walk to resorts and casinos, as well as full service grocery stores, CVS, Walgreens and more. 5 min from Luis Marin Munoz International Airport (SJU), 15 min to Old San Juan, 30 min to El Yunque. UBER or taxi to anything around, Old San Juan, Condado and beyond.

Isla Verde Beach, so fantastic, it was recently voted “Best Urban Beach” chosen by readers of USA Today. Isla Verde is a very long, wide beach with soft, light golden sand. Isla Verde captures the essence of a tropical destination with the added pleasures of a vibrant city life.

The beaches of Isla Verde are loved by locals in summer months, holidays and weekends. During the week, the beaches of Isla Verde are surprisingly relaxed, allowing visitors and tourists to enjoy a relaxed beach experience, just steps away from attractive beachfront hotels and resorts.

What most people know as “Isla Verde Beach” is actually 3 beaches: El Alambique, Pine Grove Beach, and Balneario de Carolina. Isla Verde Beach is located east of San Juan in the neighboring town/ municipality of Carolina, just north of Isla Verde Avenue and Route 187, and in the district of Isla Verde. All three beaches give visitors nearly three long miles of sand and water to enjoy. So even on a really busy beach day, it doesn’t feel crowded!

The best access to these great beaches is by staying at one of the beachfront hotels and resorts. If you stay at one of the hotels a few blocks back, there are many beach access walkways from the main street – Avenida Isla Verde.

Alambique beach is the first beach in Isla Verde closest to San Juan. There are various places to eat right along the beach, beach chair and umbrella rentals, water sports, and tall palm trees for shade.

Access to El Alambique is from the hotels/ resorts on the beach and entryways from Avenida Isla Verde. If you’re bringing coolers, chairs, umbrellas, etc., you can drive into Calle Jose Tartak. At the end of the street, you’ll see a cul-de-sac perfect for drop off, and then you can turn around and find a parking spot along the streets. Isla Verde Parking Guide

Pine Grove Beach’s waters are both calm and wavy. Starting at the The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and ending at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel, you can enjoy the calmest waters – perfect for swimming and doing a little snorkeling. At the east end, the waters have more wave action – perfect for surfing, body surfing, boogie boarding, and taking some surfing lessons since the waves don’t get too high.

If you keep walking east, you’ll get to the beautiful public beach of Carolina, which offers gazebos, showers, and bathroom facilities.

The term “public beach” may seem confusing to visitors since all beaches in Puerto Rico are considered open to the public – there are no private beaches. A Balneario is managed by Compania de Parques Nacionales, and they offer picnic and bathroom facilities, parking, showers, the sand is cleaned, and the water quality is monitored. The waters on a Balneario are typically better for swimming and family-friendly. Most tourists stay at the beach nearest the hotels, so on a weekday, here you can enjoy the pleasures of an uncrowded beach.

Access to Carolina Beach is just north of the airport, parking available, bring cash for a parking fee.

Public transportation is not regular, but you can get an Uber or taxi in minutes. You can walk to restaurants, supermarket, mini markets, drug stores, fast foods and more.

Welcome to KASA! We’re excited to host you and want to ensure you have a fantastic stay. Here are a few important guidelines to help make your experience enjoyable and avoid any misunderstandings.

In order receive detailed self-check in instructions, the guest is required to upload a photo government ID of every guest staying at the property as well as phone number and email for each party.
The individual who makes the reservation must be the registered guest, be at least 25 years old. We kindly ask guests to use the property as a vacation rental, adhering to all applicable laws. Only the confirmed number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the unit. We kindly as our guests to maintain a peaceful environment, ensuring that noise or disturbances do not disturb nearby property owners. Any disruptive behavior in the unit or common areas may lead to the immediate eviction from the premises, and unfortunately, no refunds will be offered. Guests will also be responsible for any fines incurred due to inappropriate behavior while on the property.
Check-in is available any time after 3 PM, and we kindly ask that you check out by 11 AM. Special arrangements, if possible, may be made in advance by contacting KASA.
We want to maintain a peaceful environment, so parties or events are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance.
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking or vaping products are not allowed in the property. A fee of $500 will be incurred if this policy is not followed.

In the event that you misplace any items, please note the following fees:
$75 for lost keys
$50 for lost or damaged TV remote or AC/FAN remote
$60 for lost or damaged parking remote.
As your host during this short-term stay, we retain the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. If that happens, we will strive to provide similar accommodation or offer a full refund or credit for a future visit.
Please be aware that our cancellation policy varies based on the booking. You can find the specific terms associated with your reservation on the booking platform used. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within ten business days.
If you`ve been approved to bring a pet, an additional $250 damage deposit will apply.
If you do not check in for your reservation, without prior notice, the entire cost of the stay will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
Regarding utility outages, please note that if they occur due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds or compensation unless the outage lasts more than 24 hours. In such cases, any compensation will be determined at the host`s discretion. For any issues related to Wi-Fi outages, we will do everything possible to have services restored by the provider, however, we regret that no refunds can be issued.
If guests leave personal items behind, we will make every reasonable effort to return them after contacting the guest. However, if these items remain unclaimed for 30 days, they will become the property of the host, who cannot be held responsible for their condition.
We also want to clarify that no refunds can be granted for shortened stays due to adverse weather, personal emergencies, or other commitments.
Please be aware that KASA cannot accept responsibility for any damages to vehicles parked on the property.
We understand that weather can be a concern when traveling to a tropical island. Our hurricane and storm policy are designed to be clear and fair. Refunds will only be issued if the National Weather Service declares a mandatory evacuation for our location. In such a case, we`ll refund the unused portion of your current booking, or any reservation scheduled to begin during the mandatory evacuation period, starting from the day the order is given. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for regular rain or tropical storms, as these are part of the natural climate here. However, we`re happy to work with you to reschedule your cancelled vacation based on our availability.
LIABILITY WAIVER: KASA Vacation Rentals is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items that belong to guests. This includes losses from natural events such as floods, storms, or other `Acts of Nature.` Additionally, for incidents like fire, water issues, power outages beyond our control, or disruptions caused by service providers, KASA cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or losses incurred by the guest.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all, it`s essential to adhere to these guidelines, along with property and public health regulations. Noncompliance may result in early termination of the reservation without a refund. Guests agree to cover any reasonable costs, including attorney fees, incurred by the owner in enforcing this agreement.

Without electricity on and off 3 days. Spoiled all my 170.00 worth of groceries. Diesel fuel fumes coming into our apartment and making us sick. For 1900 it wasn't a great vacation
