Escape to this gorgeous vacation rental studio in Condado with direct access to the beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Completely renovated with enough space to comfortably sleep 2. Our property in Condado del Mar features new appliances including washer & dryer, air conditioning, hot water, high speed internet, cable tv, one bathroom with a walk-in shower and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, cook top, coffee maker, pots, pans & utensils. You will find a queen bed and a futon (queen bed) with linens and pillows provided. Roll-up blinds and black out shades are conveniently installed for privacy and for guests who like to sleep late.

This lovely cabaña is located on the 3rd floor in front of the tennis court; guests will need to go up 3 flights of stairs (max.30 steps, but no elevator). Guests will have access to one assigned parking spot in a secure space. Beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are available for you to enjoy a day at the pool and the beach.

Condado del Mar condominium amenities include: Olympic size pool with lounge chairs for your enjoyment, kid’s pool for the little ones, BBQ grill areas by the pool, gym, pool table, library, coin laundry, and tennis court (tennis equipment is not provided). The condominium provides security guards 24/7 in the lobby area and parking’s gate entrance. Our cabaña provides direct access to “La Punta” Condado Beach, which is great for surfers. If you would like to enjoy some safe swimming, we recommend that you walk 5-10 minutes to the East, you will be in “Ocean Park” beach, loved by locals and tourists.

Spend the day taking advantage of our great location in Ashford Avenue at Condado; between the “Old San Juan”, Ocean Park and Isla Verde which makes it a central and accessible to explore and tour. There are tons of fantastic restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakery, breakfast and brunch places, Calle Loiza & La Placita de Santurce, all within walking distance. Equally accessible is the Hospital Ashford Presbyterian, pharmacy / drugstore and hotels & casinos. Two blocks away from our property you can find a SUPERMAX grocery store, open 24/7 @ 114 Avenida José de Diego and a WALMART Super Center (8 mins away @ 701 Avenida Roberto H. Todd, San Juan, PR 00907). There are several transportation options; rental car companies, nearby bus stops, Uber services and Taxi available. We are located 15 minutes away from International Airport Luis Muñoz Marin (less than 5 miles away). Beach, bike, skate, kayak & other sports available nearby.
