St tropez is located in the heart of isla verde and right next door to san juan hotel and casinos and disco and more. Great night life. Airport only 7 min drive to the property and beach only 10 min walk. 1 bedroom apt. Sleep 4 with full kitchen stove top, microwave, blender, coffee maker, glassware, flatware, pots and toaster. Queen size bed and queen size fulton that open up and comfortable. Large flat tv in living room with wi fi and cable ready. Linens and towels are provided. Also 4 beach chairs and 2 cooler. Also free parking. Property also have a large beautiful pool gorgeous from 3 feet to 8 feet deep. I expect all guest to act in a responsible and respectful manner. No smoking is allowed in the apt only the balcony permitted. Please turn off a/c and light when your not in the apt. The electric is 3x as expensive as the us. Please do not use passenger elevator while wearing your swim suit use service elevator. When in the lobby area guest must wear a shirt or cover up when coming in from the pool or beach. They also must be dried off and not dripping wet in the lobby and elevators.

grand appart bien équipé et bien situé a isla verde

Le logement est grand et fonctionnel. Belle piscine . RĂ©sidence sĂ©curisĂ©e parking gratuit dans la rĂ©sidence. Proche de l aĂ©roport peut ĂȘtre trop proche... bruit des avions . Malheureusement la wi-fi n a pas fonctionnee . La residence est bien situĂ©e proche de la mer, d un super marchĂ© 24 hours pueblo et de restaurants. Eddy est sympathique et rĂ©pond rapidement aux messages.

Cozy Stay with Fantastic Amenities and Location!

Our family recently enjoyed a pleasant stay at this VRBO condo. While the decor has a charming, dated feel and the unit faces the street, leading to some ambient city noise from crowds, cars, and even airplanes, we found it didn't detract from our experience as we're accustomed to city living.The condo truly offered all the conveniences of home, making our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated the small kitchen, which was great for our needs, the beautiful pool, and the handy laundry facilities right in the building. The location is incredibly convenient – just a short walk to the beach, with an abundance of restaurants, a grocery store, and a pharmacy close by. Getting around was a breeze, as taxis, bus stops, and Ubers were readily available right outside the building.This rental was perfect for our family, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere that genuinely felt like staying at a beloved Tio's home.For future guests, we'd gently suggest clearer instructions regarding the check-out process and a simple guide for using the TV/remote. These minor improvements would make an already great stay even smoother.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this spot for small families looking for a convenient and comfortable base for their vacation!

Needs major improvements

Where do I begin. The day of arrival July 18th we had no water in the apartment. The kitchen is very outdated. Some of the cabinets look like they were glued together. The counters are scratched/damaged in certain areas. The cooktop stove is the same way, I would not recommend using the stove.The shower head had a water heater that plugs in to the wall right by the shower. That was very alarming.( never seen this) The water heater has a blue material coming out of the side and there is a suspicious wire around the base of the heater. The ceiling of the bathroom above the shower needs repair. The area needs to be checked for mold ( saw reddish material on ceiling) and then filled in because the paint is peeling there. We had to use a mop handle to close and lock the bedroom patio door. It would not lock and the other one only closed because we put the handle in the other door. I am sure that is how the cool air gets out and bugs can get in when the mop handle is not in there to close it. The day before we left we encountered a roach that was crawling across the floor which came from under the front door from the hallway because of the gap at the bottom of the door. We had a previous problem with a refund thru Vrbo. We could not have more of our money tied up again in that same time period so we endured the stressful stay. Since the owner does not live in PR he needs to have someone check his property and make needed improvements. I am fluent in both English, and Spanish.

La climatisation dans la chambre ne marchait pas : le ventilateur au plafond Ă©tait extrĂȘmement bruyant .Donc, c’était trĂšs chaud et humide pour dormir. Le balcon est situĂ© au sud et il n’y avait pas de parasol : impossible pour moi d’y ĂȘtre avant 17h30. Le balcon donne sur la rue principale, av. Isla Verde : bruit constant des avions qui dĂ©collent, bruit continuel au parking de l’immeuble ( poubelle, entretien, etc.)
 et bruit des voitures avec leur musique Ă  tue-tĂȘte. J’ai perdu 3 demi-journĂ©es Ă  attendre des rĂ©parateurs qui ne se sont jamais prĂ©sentĂ©s. J’ai quittĂ© le 17 dĂ©cembre plutĂŽt que le 30 car j’en devenais malade
 Tellement déçu !

Overall good

I received basic check in information from VRBO a few days before, but nothing from the property manager, Eddie. I had to text him from the airport to get the code for the key lockbox. I got in ok, everything was very clean and as pictured. I had to text Eddie again for the wifi code. These are basic things the owner should send unprompted, but he did get back to me fairly soon. All the basics generally supplied with VRBO properties were, in greater than starter quantities, with extras like ziplock bags, trash bags, cooler, beach chairs. The property was noisy 24x7. Though I expected airport noise, I didn't anticipate being able to hear yelling from the bar in front or the near constant motor revving and car stereo decibel challenging from the road. If you turn on both AC units and your own noise source (music/TV) it isn't as noisy. The hot water for the shower confused me, but some internet friends saved me. If you want a hot shower, barely turn on both the "hot" and "cold", then both the middle shower knob and the tub faucet pull. It will be a trickle, but a good shower hot temperature. Otherwise, you get ground water temperature. Both Puebla and the beach were very walkable. There are several fast food restaurants, a CVS, and an ATM across the street along the walk to the beach if you turn right out of the condo. It was an overall good stay.

Clean, easy to access tourist sites

Eddie was helpful once we made contact; the condo is easily accessible to/from the airport and is great for tour pickups and drop offs due to its proximity to Fairmont El San Juan Hotel. Loved having beach chairs and a cooler available; no hot water in the shower. Not much street noise, and the AC works well.

Good location

I stayed for 5 days four nights and Eddie was very responsive to my questions and he made sure everything went well.. The location is perfect, it’s right by the beach and it has restaurants and bars and local souvenir shops within walking distance... the bed is very comfortable and the ac in the room kept it cold.. the living room was very big. Has two big TVs to watch movies or watch cable tv. The parking for a car is very convenient it’s in a gated property to your car is safe and protected , on site security at gate ,, everyone in the building was very friendly.. also has a laundromat in the basement of property I got to wash all my clothes right before I left .. this place has it all .would definitely recommend

We have a great time in Puerto Rico. The location a was near to the restaurant, the beach , the airport and etc.. The apartment is big and comfortable. The lobby is always clean. The people very nice and polite.
