Spacious One Bedroom, Ocean View Condo - Gold Standard Approved

Spacious one bedroom plus den condo with great views of the pool, beach and ocean. Walk out of your front door to a spacious patio where you are just steps from the beach. The king master suite with ensuite bathroom is roomy with plenty of storage. The den has a full size futon plus access to a "backyard" patio. Large kitchen with dining area and updated living room furnishings provide you with all of the comforts of home.

Part of The Landings at Tres Cocos family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Our goal is to ensure you have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation while enjoying all that San Pedro and Belize have to offer.

This is a very nice unit, plenty of space and has everything inside that you would need. Location is excellent. The property manager was super and always replied back when we had a question or concern.The only “bummer” of our stay was construction on a next door building, a lot of noise going on during the work hours. If you’re thinking of booking here check with them first about how long this will continue, looks like they’ve got a while to go.

This was one of the best equipped places we have ever stayed. They have everything you could need. Brittany was very responsive and so helpful. She helped us book a snorkeling trip where we swam with manatees, sea turtles, and a spotted Eagle ray. It was very clean and well maintained property. We truly enjoyed our 9 day stay!

The condo was clean and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking supplies we needed. Any issues we had were immediately taken care of by Brittany and Mike, who were absolutely wonderful hosts. The pools and beach front area were great. My only complaint is the wifi wasn't very strong, but we were happy to ditch our phones for a while anyway!

From pre trip communication to arrival at airport and throughout the entire stay I was very impressed with Brittany and Mike and their team. The property is in a quiet yet convenient location, grounds and unit very well maintained and their concierge type service ( arranging golf cart, flights, stocking beverages, getting us at airport, handling luggage was top notch. I have no hesitation in recommending this property for your San Pedro vacation needs!

We were staying for a scuba diving trip. Great location with pick up at the dock right out front. Well stocked condo with no need to go to the store for toilet paper, paper towels, water, etc. Only issue would be the bed was too hard. Also, unfortunately, the sargassum situation made for inability to use the salt water pool, and there was a smell on the property in the first couple days. Odor did improve after the weather changed Staff at the facility was awesome. They did a great job.Would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect condo, perfect location, great trip!

This was the perfect condo for a couple - it had a very comfortable king bed, a bath and half, great water pressure, two killer A/C units, convenient parking, two nice swimming pools, and the best hosts you could ask for. Brittany and Mike were on top of everything. The stocked our fridge with our beverages of choice. They arranged not only our golf cart rental and Tropic Air flights, but also our excursions.They made everything so easy and even transported our luggage to the airport for us. We couldn't have asked for more!

Anniversary trip to Belize

This was our first visit to Belize and it was awesome! The condo was great and property amazing. Brittany and Mike took great care of us meeting at airport and helping us get golf cart then quick tour around city. They took care of everything for us even booking our excursions. Perfect spot!

This location is perfect! Just north of the bridge, and only about a 15 min golf cart ride into town. I recommend a golf cart from this location. We basically had the beach to ourselves for a week. Room is very clean! Hosts are exceptional!

Great service and location

Brittany and Mike were great to work with. They made arrangements for golf cart rental, refreshments and snorkel excursion. Location is great, just north of bridge from San Pedro. The condo was clean, and met all our needs. Pool just outside our condo, and few steps to shoreline and dock. We were picked up from dock by Victor from the outfitter Sealicious or snorkeling on the reef. We will definitely visit again!

We love this place!

The Landings Team is the best! From booking to departure, local travel arrangements, golf cart rental, beverage delivery, and numerous recommendations, Brittany and Mike were very helpful and responsive the entire time. They're also very nice people and knowledgeable of the area. Everyone in and around town seems to know them. The condo location was great being on the first floor. It was also very clean, well stocked and properly maintained. Everything seemed to work, and we really liked the mini-split system AC units. The king sized mattress was comfortable enough, but not the best we've ever slept on. That being said though, we were there for 7 nights, and we both slept well. They have a pretty solid reading selection, and we even watched a little TV. Didn't use much in the kitchen, other than some glassware, a few dishes, the teapot and the coffee maker, but it seemed to have just about everything you'd need. Plus, you can walk to a local grocery store. The property grounds are clean and well maintained. Everyone on site is very nice and helpful, as are most of locals on the island. This was our second trip to San Pedro and our second time staying at the Landings at Tres Cocos. We really have nothing but good things to say about our time on the island, and there's a good chance we'll be back again next year!

Hidden Gem

The most impressive thing was the complimentary pickup to andfrom the airport. The condo and property were immaculately clean. I was provided a five gallon jug of water. The pools and beach were well maintained. Great location. Very spacious condo. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay

We stayed for two and a half weeks and had a great time. The unit was clean with great views and good AC for getting out of the heat. We used the little front porch quite and bit and the closest pool and beach were just steps away. Easy access to San Pedro town and points north. The property has its own dock and we were able to schedule day trips for fishing and snorkel where the operator picked us up in the boat rights at the end of the dock. Several breakfast, lunch dinner and grocery options are right there within a few minutes walk along the beach or main road. Our hosts were great and lined up a sunset cruise for us from an operator in town. This is a great place to relax and the coconut trees on the beach were awesome for lounging in the hammock. The kitchen and bathrooms were perfect with good water pressure and hot water. There was even a local fisherman from whom who we bought the days catch right off the dock and I was able to grill up dinner using the propane grill on property. My only suggestion for the apartment we were in had to do with WiFi capability inside the unit, but this was only because I had a couple work meetings I needed to Zoom into. Not a show stopper as I was able to get a better signal on the porch and took meetings from there.

A week in San Pedro

Wow, this place was awesome and just as described. The host Kimberly was amazing! We did a lot of communicating before the trip and I used her to set up several excursions. Our flight coming in was delayed and we missed our connecting flight from Belize City to San Pedro. I messaged Kimberly and she eased my mind, No stress, she told me to just go to the Tropic Air counter and they would have a new flight for us. We arrived at San Pedro and Kimberly was waiting for us at the airport and walked us to the golf cart rental just across the street, which she had already set up. Kimberly gave us a quick tour of the town and got us settled into our condo. The condo is in a great location, just North of town over the bridge. It's very close to everything but just far enough away to be out of the commotion of down town. She already had the AC blowing snow as it was hot and humid. Hitting the nice cool condo was a relief after a long day of travel. The condo itself is very nice and was more than enough room for my wife and I. There is a bonus room, and it seems it could accommodate 4 people if a couple would sleep on the futon. Belize was one of our best vacations yet and the condo and Kimberly were both great. Full 5-star review, if we return, we will stay here again and for sure use Kimberly for the excursions. She made it stress free and it all went flawless.

Highly recommend, great resort, great location.

Stayed here for several nights and would do it again in a heart beat. The hosts were incredible! They met us when we arrived and walked us through everything and were incredibly friendly. They responded to any of our questions throughout the week quickly and were always available. The property itself is beautiful with two pools, ocean access and just the right distance from town. Our room had everything we needed and was furnished nicely. If you are coming to the island I would highly recommend staying here.

Peaceful and beautiful as described

Great location This was a warm and cozy apartment for two. We couldn't have asked for more. Mike and Brittany were invaluable as hosts! The beach was absolutely lovely. We were just a few steps from beach from our apartment. You could even be picked up for whatever right at the dock. This was an exceptional trip, we truly loved it from the moment we arrived. Also wanted to say how wonderful all the people in the area were. We always felt safe and never met a stranger. Groceries, restaurants, golf carts, etc. all easily within reach.

Perfect Location

This property has everything we wanted for a relaxing ocean front location. The attention to detail and communication by Brittany in every way from getting us from and to the airport and setting us up in our condo and everything in between was flawless. We will be returning for sure.

Absolutely love this place!

We could not have been happier with this vacation! The condo was clean and had all of the space and essentials that we needed. The pool and beach areas were also perfectly maintained and provided such a relaxing environment! The property managers went above and beyond both before our stay and during our stay to make sure that we had the best experience! We would stay here again, and we would recommend this property to all of our family and friends! Thank you and we miss all of our new Belizian friends already!!
