First I will start with what is positive: The pool and large living room was very nice. Kitchen was clean but had a bad odor coming out of the sink. This is A beautiful setting in the country with a lovely yard. The reason for a 1 star: We waited to send email to the owner after we left because we did not want to deal with someone else's nasty housekeeping. I did not hear a word back about several things we found upon entering the home: dirty floors in some areas, filthy shower, marijuana paraphernalia with wet urine on king bedspread, king bedroom not able to utilize due to odor and wet spread, empty beer cans around, and poor dim lighting in most rooms.I have been using vrbo for years and this has been one of the most expensive homes we have rented for such poor conditions.

Great location. Close to ball fields and Cedar Point. The kids had a blast in pool and unique setup of the house. The listing states “heated” pool but there is no heater. Deck is a little old and kids really had to be careful. Some doors/screens need to be replaced or fixed. Beds are there but not comfortable. Kitchen was stocked but we were concerned about the fridge temp. We still enjoyed our weekend with friends.

We really enjoyed the house, had plenty of parking available for 2 trucks and 2 big boats! The house was set up very well to have all of us spend time watching football and cooking when not out fishing

Family Vacation

Location was very good. We had trouble with WIFi coverage and because of this we were unable to stream or obtain any TV coverage for the time we were there. The pool was very nice and the young children had a great time in the pool.

Charming School House

The house was in a great location to Sandusky attractions. The slide to the pool did not have water access but no big deal the kids were using it anyway. The dishwasher would not close to work and we had a large family. The deck was very dangerous with broken deck boards that would cause serious harm. Not safe with small children due to Coi pond with only draped rope for separation from deck and pond. The bathroom showers were extremely dirty with mold and bugs. Pool and outdoor space was nice.

Shh...dont tell anyone about this gem!!

This quiet lil' old school house remodel was perfect for our group of 15! Plenty of space to move around, close the Sandusky, less than a 1.5 miles from Kalahari, toll road a 7 minute drive, HOT TUB & POOL!!! Hello!!! What more do you need? The property manager even made the special effort to provide treat bags for each of the 9 kiddos in our crew! I hate to say too many nice things because once others realize what a gem this is, it'll be booked solid!

Perfect for our family getaway

This was the perfect home to accommodate our family for our week at the lake. The home is spacious and has a great layout, the landscaping and pond are beautiful, and the pool and hot tub were in excellent condition. Nick was very responsive the few times we needed to contact him. The home is located just a short drive from lots of different activities. The only disappointment was the playground shown in the listing photos is no longer there. Would highly recommend this home!

Beautiful place

It was beautiful the outside scenery was the best they had frogs and fish I loved it The inside of the house is huge so many rooms and doors by far not what I expected I’m so excited we got to stay definitely close to cedar point which was the reason we booked it way better than staying at a hotel. Definitely will be back. Thanks for having us.

Schoolhouse Getaway

This home was the perfect location for our families to meet for Christmas. There was plenty of room for the children to play and a place for everyone to sleep and have their own bed. The host was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Also, we were able to come a day early due to the weather. It was a wonderful way to spend Christmas as a family.
