Bring the family and come explore what the Cape has to offer, and book this entire 2 Bed 2 Bath house for your stay. This house is newer, built in the fall of 2016, and has been very well cared for, and I would like to share it with you!

Location
Situated off exit 2, It has a great location as it is convenient not only the Sagamore bridge for a quick exit, but to the center of Sandwich, as well as Hyannis. 5 minutes from a large grocery store, and numerous restaurants serving local fare. You have the lovely fresh water Spectacle Pond at the end of my road with public access, as well as a 10 minute drive to East Sandwich Beach and Town Neck Beach. The property is less than 20 minutes from the Hyannis, as well as 20 minutes from the Sagamore Bridge.

About the Property
This is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house with about 1900 square feet of living space. Both bedrooms are very large with plenty of closet space. The open floor plan on the main floor plan encompasses a very large living room with a sleepable couch and an up-to-date kitchen.

My daughter, granddaughter and i thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home. It was extremely clean, had everything we needed. It was only 8 minutes from my other daughter’s home in Marstons Mills. Splendid Stay in Sandwich

My family was attending a wedding in Plymouth and we chose Michael’s place to stay. As soon as we pulled up, we felt at home. The house was clean and organized. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms, outdoor patio, big screen televisions, washer and dryer, and the two bedrooms. It was such a quiet and relaxing place to stay with grocery and restaurants close by. What a wonderful place to stay! The house was clean, spacious, airy, and had everything we needed for a pleasant and comfortable vacation. Great kitchen. Comfortable living room. The house was well cared for, very clean, and well appointed. Very comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. The local traffic in Sandwich was much lighter than other Cape Cod locations we have stayed making it easy to get round. Plenty of restaurants within a few miles. We enjoyed fishing at the pond in the neighborhood. Michael was a great host and kept in touch prior to and during our stay. The trip was the most relaxed weeks I have spent on the Cape. A meticulously kept cottage!

I bet Michael runs a pretty tight ship and his house is no different - it was meticulously clean, well-stocked and accurately described! The beds were comfy, bathrooms sparkly clean, the sheets were okay and the outdoor space was wonderful! We especially appreciated having the use of the washer and dryer after a few days at the beach and fishing. It was perfect for my husband, myself and our adult son over a long holiday weekend, but I'm not sure it's a great place for little kids.

Road Race Home Base

We needed a place to stay near Falmouth for the Road Race and we preferred a house to a hotel. This was close enough to make drop off easy without being in the middle of the choas! We have small children so the yard was great for them to run around in. The house had everything we needed and was clean! Family weekend getaway

Michael’s house is beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The house is in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. Unfortunately it rained most of the weekend, so we weren’t able to enjoy the backyard which had a nice seating area with a fire pit. The house was well stocked with a great kitchen and a really comfy living room. Michael is an excellent host - he responded very quickly to any questions we had. His restaurant recommendations were spot on as well. We had such a nice relaxing weekend- just wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Michael for such a nice stay!
