Beautiful private retreat on ten wooded acres! Pond, large grassy areas, fire pit and gas BBQ grill. Walk to Flanders Beach to fish or feed the ducks and swans. Walk to the marina or bring your boat. Property is located off private paved drive amid 10 aces of trees and a pond. Outdoor hot tub and plenty of parking. Completely renovated interior this year with gourmet kitchen, family room, living room, dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (master is ensuite with a jetted spa tub.. Sleeps six in bedrooms and could accommodate more with futon, air beds and bedding provided. Close to lake and Marina (walking distance). WIfi. Three TV's with Firesticks, - living room TV has HD, Blu Ray, Nintendo Wii.
Year round vacation oasis with huge mature trees providing shade and wind barrier so you can enjoy the outdoors in most any weather. Plenty of deer, turkeys and other wildlife.
The house has a huge deck with outdoor furniture. The inside is beach themed. Stainless steel appliances including gas range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and double door refrigerator. Beautiful tile back splashes, plenty of counter space and modern lighting make this kitchen a dream to cook in if you don't feel like going out.
Ladder ball, bean bag toss, badminton. Sanford Lake is also great for watersports, fishing (ice fishing in the winter) as well as for watching the fireworks sitting at Flanders Beach or from your boat.

Great place!
We utilized this property for our tree crew and they could not have been happier with their home away from home for the two week stay. Everything they needed was available and the property was quiet, clean and accommodating. Owners were more than accommodating for our stay, will be using this property again if the situation presents itself!

Great Family Vacation
The house & grounds were perfect for our 4 generation get a way. House is updated, comfortable & very clean. Surrounded by woods, so you're all by yourself. Short drive to the very nice park & beach. Would definately stay here again.

What a great trip! Newly renovated home was terrific! We have a boat and we loved the lake! First class park on the south end and a great sand bar (and rope swing) on the north end. We did sunset cruises every night. Bonfires at the property were memorable. Michele is a great host! Big shout out to Jan at the marina! Both were very accommodating. We were impressed with just about everything. Thanks again Michele! Dave

Home away from Home
We loved this house so much, we wish we had occasion to come back to it! We rented it for our family of adult children and spouses for a family reunion in the area. It was perfect for us as each had space to hang out with two separate living spaces, a wonderfully appointed kitchen with Keurig and every dish you could need for cooking and having a meal. The master bedroom has a wonderful bathroom suite with a jacuzzi tub that fits two very tall people!!! I loved the lights on the sink faucets in the bathroom and took pictures so I can remember some of the great style tips for when we redo our bathroom at home. This home was very comfy, roomy and felt like our home away from home. Check in was easy, and we had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the lake, was super and the privacy was fantastic. The house was well stocked and great for our family of 5. The only issue we had was the master bedroom bed was only a double. We haven't slept on a double in years and it is way too small!

The home is updated and has a huge private yard. We were in the area for a full tennis weekend (the Greater Midland Tennis Center is about 15 minutes away) and wished we were staying longer so that we could enjoy all the amenities of the home!
