Make memories that will last a lifetime- This charming and unique vacation rental residence on Sanibel's renowned East End will provide guests with an experience they will cherish for years! Featuring one of the very best locations on all of Sanibel Island, this duplex cottage is just steps to the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters Sanibel is internationally favored for, with two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom, and sleeping capacity for up to four guests.
The Space:
With original pine wood floors, dining room for 4, a comfortable couch and love seat in living room , full kitchen & counter w 2 bar stools, your own private washer & dryer, screened porch that overlooks a lovely, large backyard. Outdoor furniture and all beach necessities incl chairs, wagon, tables. BBQ and outdoor shower Beach theme furnishings. 2 cable TVs, WiFi, Roku for streaming. We provide kitchenware & appliances, linens, towels, umbrella & chairs, Bring only flip flops, groceries, and your bathing suit! That's it! We have it all.
With original wood flooring, siding, and cabinetry (tastefully and impeccably maintained), guests will feel as if they were transported back in time to a simpler and more charming era. The home itself is extremely bright and cheery, allowing in ample sunlight from almost every exposure, stemming from the many windows that characterize this charming olde Sanibel cottage. Best of all, pets are welcome (dogs only, with owner approval please) to accompany you on your stay. Guests will find the beach at the terminus of Seagrape Lane to be one of the finest pet-friendly beaches in all Southwest Florida, with a great local community of furry friends walked there daily.
For those that have not experienced the island before, Sanibel is a unique setting and has something for everyone. It is known internationally for its renowned family and pet friendly beaches, featuring pristine white sand and a shallow shoreline that provides excellent accommodations for children, the elderly, and everyone in between to enjoy themselves in the water. It is also an ecologically renowned haven for more specious of plants and birds than any other island in Florida, featuring a fantastic biodiversity that is unparalleled within Florida. Finally, for those more oriented in the culinary and retail arts, Sanibel features upscale dining and shopping, being known as a bastion for fantastic food and shopping in Southwest Florida. Such restaurants as El Cielo, Traders, and The Mad Hatter are just a few of the well known eateries that call Sanibel home. Furthermore, there are numerous indoor and outdoor attractions including a famous shell museum, multiple wildlife preserves, and a national wildlife refuge that is open to the public for tour, biking, and sightseeing seven days a week.
Note: There is a pet fee of $450 for one pet and $550 for two pets, for the duration of your trip (whether your stay is one month or three months the fee is the same)

Guests have access to the left side of this cottage, which we refer to as side two. They have access to the patio area corresponding to this side as well as the parking corresponding to this side. Guests also can utilize the shared back yard space as they see fit, for games, grilling, etc.
The Neighborhood:
This is one of the very finest neighborhoods on the entire island, known for its charming Olde Florida residences and high end beachfront homes alike.
