Great house, perfect for our group while attending our daughter's wedding. The bedroom upstairs was perfect for "getting ready" pics with bride. Very close to the SB courthouse as well as shops, beach, and restaurants. The reception dinner was held at State and Fig, which was also very convenient.
Great location. Walked everywhere; beach, restaurants, shops. The fire pit on the balcony became a favorite location to chat and plan our next day. We love Santa Barbara and would certainly stay here again.
Great location, comfortable beds and couch, clean, as described on the listing. The only thing is there is a train that is kind of loud nearby but it didnt seem to run that often at night. Would stay again

I stayed here with a group of 6 girls for the weekend. The location could not have been more perfect right on the beach, 5 minutes to the Funk Zone, and 10 minutes to the heart of State St. The house was spacious and comfortable. The multiple porches & balconies were our favorite part as we enjoyed many meals and cups of coffee on them. Highly recommend staying here.
We came to SB for my sonâs wedding and this house was perfect for us! Great location. Great garage. Beautifully furnished and provisions. From the coffee and appliances to the lovely linens and shampoos, conditioners and soaps Highly recommend this lovely historic home. Loved it!
Best Master Suite I've seen in a VRBO! Two other comfy BRs for adults, one with it's own loo but no shower and another with shower. Plenty of small patios and lovely indoor spaces with lots of windows for light.
