VILLA LA PLAÇA - Santa Cristina d'Aro

The villa is located in the center of Santa Cristina d'Aro, in front of a square, it is a very quiet area of the town.

It has on the main floor a kitchen, living-dining room with air conditioning, exit to the terrace and the garden area, bathroom and laundry area.

If we go up to the first floor we find a suite with air conditioning, a 1.35m bed and a complete bathroom, a room with two single beds, and a room with a 1.20m bed, and 1 bathroom with shower.

The terrace area has an awning and table and chairs to be able to have lunch outside, in the garden area we find a barbecue.

It has wifi and air conditioning in the living room.

The car must be parked on the street, but the area is free and easy to park.

The location of the villa allows us to go shopping or for a walk on foot.

The location is ideal for visiting the beaches and coves of the Costa Brava, located just over 5 minutes by car.

The tourist tax will be charged, one euro per person per day, only for the first 7 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept groups under 25 years of age at this property.
Key delivery and collection will take place at our offices located in Santa Cristina d'Aro.

Villa la Placa
Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort in der Agentur ( vor allem Anna ) sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Zum Objekt und Lage. Das Reihenhaus liegt mitten in einer Wohnsiedlung ( kein Tourismus ). Die Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Küchenutensilien sollten auf neueren Stand gebracht werden. Kaffeemaschine wie beschrieben nicht vorhanden. Klima nur im Wohnzimmer. Schlafräume befinden sich im OG und sind mit Standventilatoren ausgestattet. Bei Temperaturen im OG von über 30° ist ein erholsames schlafen nicht wirklich möglich. Markise auf der Terrasse bringt nur bedingt Schatten. Im Ort gibt es keinen Strand bzw kein Meer. Man muss mit dem Auto 10-15 Minuten in den nächsten Ort zum Strand fahren. Preis Leistung stimmt hier leider nicht.
