I was a little leary about staying here because of all the bad reviews. I was suprised. The hotel was conviently located to what we were doing (by the fairplex). It was clean, saw no spider, insects etc. The beds were pretty comfy. The showers were roomy. The staff at the front counter were pleasant and very quick at check in. I would stay here again for the event i will be attending next year. There was ample parking.

Nice enough for an inexpensive stop over. The room didn’t have coffee for those who might need it in the morning, but did have a small fridge and microwave. It also needed black out curtains, as the lighted court yard shone right through the curtains all night.

Our stay was a quick overnight stay while traveling north. Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower was in good with plenty of hot water and a good spray. We did not use our heater or air conditioner. We had enough light weight blanket to stay toasty. I would recommend the Villa Motel as a good place to stay. It met all our needs and the price was great.

The man checking us in didn’t really know how to work the computer and had to call an agent to help him. It probably took 45 minutes to check in which was frustrating. The room itself was clean and the property was ok.
