Mimmo’s Italian restaurant is just a block away, along with the 30-A Ice Cream Shoppe, Cowgirl Kitchen and Redfish Taco are all walkable!! Perfect for one family or two... Just off 30-A, and a quick walk to one of the best public access beaches on 30A! Decorated in a modern coastal style, this 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is ready for you! Dutch Treat features parking for at least 3 cars, a pull through drive, an outdoor shower and great patio space -inside our ample fenced in private back yard! -including a charcoal grill and outdoor eating space. 4 bikes, a child trailer, cargo trailer AND beach carts, beach chairs, and cornhole included in rental. Property is located on a quiet corner lot with very little traffic- great space for kids to play outside, and a wonderful neighborhood for morning and evening walks! We are just off 30A and a quick ride or short walk to Blue Mountain Beach access.

Dutch Treat features 2 King bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and huge walk in closets including dressers. The master bathrooms have modern walk-in showers with glass doors and double vanities each with ample storage. The third bedroom (or "kid cave") has bunk-beds to handle any configuration of kid sleepers you may have - use 2 or use 4! Bunk beds include 3 twins and 1 double. Beds are situated in the room for prime 40" Smart TV viewing, and includes extra storage space for toys and all the extra gear that come with kids. All rooms have sleek, wall mounted smart TVs and hi speed wifi. Full sleeper in living room for extra sleeping space. Large back deck, FULLY FENCED private back yard, first and second floor balcony, back patio with dining space, charcoal grill, and bike racks complete the outside experience of our home. Dutch Treat is a new gem in a truly “Old Florida” neighborhood. Dutch Treat is a bike ride to Grayton Beach, Seaside, WaterColor, and the restaurants and cafes of Redfish Village, Blue Mountain Beach and Gulf Place, including Mimmo's, Ice Cream Shoppe, Blue Mabel, Cowgirl Kitchen, Blue Mountain Creamery, Blue Mountain Bakery, Local Catch, Goatfeathers, Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Red Bar, Hurricane Oyster Bar, etc. Come stay on 30A the Old Florida way!!

Beautiful home, well maintained, nice privacy fenced in backyard. Pictures exactly as shown. Plenty of games, anything you need for the beach & bikes are provided. Close proximity to great places to eat, either within walking, biking or a very short drive. We thought of renting a golf cart, however, most everything easily done by walking, as parking can be an issue regardless. The pool was cooler than the Ocean, but super clean & nice, along with the fitness center. Communication with host was the best we have ever had with any rental. They gave us a list of suggestions, which was very appreciated. Quiet neighborhood, Highly recommend this hidden treasure!

Great home to stay.

The house is excellent for enjoying with family—comfortable, well-equipped, and with a very cozy atmosphere. There are just a couple of details to keep in mind. The curtains in both master bedrooms (on the first and second levels) don’t fully cover the windows, and some are missing. Also, for those who enjoy BBQ, the installed grill isn’t the best and could benefit from an upgrade. It would be great to consider improvements in these areas.

Amazing Property!

We would highly recommend this stay! The property is beautiful and everything was super clean and thoughtful! Beds and pillows were very comfortable, and bathrooms and bedrooms had lots of extra space. Even the “Kids Cave” was roomier than expected! The property is so close and convenient to everything. The property owner was SUPER easy to get in touch with and immediately responded anytime we needed anything. From food recommendations to helpful maps of public beaches, Kat and her crew went above and beyond to help make our stay amazing. We will definitely book here again!

Great Beach Stay

Kat’s place is very comfortable and accommodating, and Kat is a great hostess. She communicates very well and is thorough and helpful. It was very nice being so close to lots of beach options. SRB is a wonderful place to vacation.

The Dutch Treat was the perfect rental for our family beach vacation. Having two master bedrooms with king size beds was great and the house was close to restaurants, the bakery and ice cream shops.

Spring Break girls trip

We arrived to find the property exactly as it appeared in photos. There was even a much appreciated welcome “gift,” waiting. This was our 3rd stay in Blue Mountain proper so we were familiar with the neighborhood. Kat was very attentive and responded to my messages/questions immediately. The house was clean and well appointed. I definitely recommend taking the first day familiarizing yourself with A-what items are available for your use while there (beach things, bikes, etc) B- various public beach accesses to the east and west as well as Blue Mountain C- the location of Publix , Walmart etc and D- local dining and such. Most of the beach access locations do offer chair/umbrella rentals, the rates and availability vary at each location and each area offers its own unique experience. We are already looking forward to returning and would definitely stay at Dutch Treat again!

What a happy place to stay! Very comfortable for 3 adults and 2 kiddos! Loved zipping down to the beach in a golf cart (3 min drive) walking to get coffee or a delicious dinner at Mimmos (2 min walk). Loved the local artists work hanging on the walls. Kat was quick at responding and very accommodating with all questions! Loved it!!

The best trip!

The house was amazing and so clean, it was just as pictured. In a great location and close to lots of fun stuff. An easy bike ride to several good restaurants, ice cream, etc. The owner was very easy and quick to communicate with. We took a trip with our children and our friends and their daughter. The bunk room was perfect for our kids and they loved it! Don’t have enough good things to say and we would love to come back!

Great Location and Amazing Host

First, Kat is amazing! We booked a family vacation 6 months in advance and she was wonderful to communicate with as we planned for what we would need to bring for our group of 6 ages 1-60. The house is located in a perfect spot to get to plenty of public beaches along 30 A. It is well stocked for beach play and the kitchen has everything you need right down to crock pots and outdoor grill. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage. There are a few wear and tear issues but overall it is a great place to stay and we will be back.

Beautiful home and location

We loved our stay at the Dutch Treat. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The only bummer was that the pool closed at 7 PM, but otherwise it was a perfect stay. 10/10!

Fabulous base in a little oasis of a town

This lovely house was a fabulous base to explore this beautiful area. With three adults, we especially loved the two master bedrooms and three full baths. We used the comfortable, easy-to-ride adult bikes (4!) to ride daily to the beach and on the wide bike trail along 30A. The (included) private beach club, which has a lovely large pool, was just a few blocks away. There were plenty of items provided for the beach (chairs, umbrellas) with a wide variety of beach toys. The host was extremely responsive before and during our stay. We were even glad to be a half mile from the beach and restaurants on a very quiet street in a nice neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Perfect week at Dutch Treat

This home was perfect for our group of 9! Getting to the beach was a one minute drive (if that) and a few of us even walked to and from the beach a few times and it was a pleasant walk! Located on a quiet street and SO close to plenty of food and drink options, within walking distance or a very short drive. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Dutch Treat. House was super clean and well decorated, beds were extra cozy, and Kat was so easy to communicate with! We were so sad to leave and will definitely be back!

Lived up to its name-Dutch Treat

Long weekend getaway

The Ditch Retreat is a beautiful home, very quiet and off the main path for a great relaxing getaway. Dutch Retreat has anything you could possibly need on vacation. The host are very attentive. We will definitely be back!

Great place for a beach break

My adult daughter and I loved each having a big room and bath. The kitchen was well-equipped. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, which we did at sunrise and sunset. But during the day, we loved using the bikes and the carrier. Kat was very responsive to our requests.

Clean, Beautiful, Perfect for Families!!

Gorgeous property. Very clean and well maintained. It was perfect for our family and kids. The walk to the beach was a bit far for our toddlers. The bikes and trailers provided were very useful though in exploring the area and getting to and from the beach. Be sure to get to the beach early if you go during the summer to grab a spot close to the water. The water was a gorgeous emerald color and my children loved the sand. The pool was nice and it was very close to the home. We really enjoyed lunch at Red Fish Taco and breakfast at the bakery on our morning bike rides to the beach. I would return to this home. The owner was very responsive to questions I had and a pleasure to do business with.
