This beautifully maintained eighth-floor condominium features a fresh look with newly updated interiors across the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The well-appointed kitchen offers sleek cabinetry, granite countertops, a glass backsplash, and high-quality stainless steel appliances, creating a space that feels current and functional. BeachCrest 804 features wood-grain tile throughout, laid in an eye-catching herringbone pattern that adds character and continuity to the space.

Both bathrooms are well kept with marble surrounds. The primary bathroom includes a walk-in shower, while the guest bathroom offers a tub, each paired with fresh and functional vanities. Pocket doors allow the guest bedroom and bath to be closed off for added privacy. All beds are fitted with comfortable mattresses and quality bedding. The unit includes three TVs with DVD players, and all TVs are equipped with cable hookups.

Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

We like staying at Beachcrest a lot. Beach is beautiful and clean and easily accessible from condo. We rent bikes to ride to Seaside and family has a great time.

Needs a little TLC in places (bathrooms, trim) but it had everything we needed and more. The view never got old and having the beach chair set up included was key! The only thing I would recommend is having extra bath towels. We did laundry and washed the towels, but having an extra bathmat would have made things easier.

Its a very basic set up, so if you are used to a property that provides a more "comforts of home" experience, be aware.

Nice, but needs attention.

We booked this unit without remembering we had stayed in it before since it’s been 4 years. The unit is nice, mostly clean and incredibly convenient, but there are some things that desperately need attention. The couches need a deep clean (they’re clean, but with close inspection could use some treatment). The beds (all of them) are quite firm so if that’s not your comfort, this unit won’t be for you. Also, if you sleep cold, you’ll need to bring some extra blankets. The kitchen is well-equipped but the pans need to be replaced (we make breakfast and lunch everyday) because they are quite worn. We also did have some pests (a few in the kitchen and one in the guest bathroom). Showers are clean, but definitely old. Bedding on the beds was clean but some pillows were busted and one of the extras in the closet had a stain on it. We also found a sock in one of the drawers (not terribly disturbing but not thrilling either). Washer/dryer works well. Patio was wonderful for us because I like to be high up but my husband gets nervous. View was great of beach and pool. Patio furniture was great for napping and eating. As I said, the unit is nice, and worked for us, but we weren’t blown away by the luxury of it as we have been with some other units. You can’t beat the location and beach service though (but be prepared to get up early to snag your seat…they say you can’t save them and leave but everyone does so that’s kind of frustrating because you also can’t have a company set up reserved seats for you as you can at some other locations).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 804 beautiful and clean. Weather great. Main TV not working properly and a few vertical blind blades missing and found in laundry room.
