Sunday Morning is an amazing home, thoughtfully designed with your family in mind. Luxuriously appointed and extremely well equipped, Sunday Morning will sleep 12 and offers 3,495 square feet of indoor/outdoor living, including 4 King bedrooms, custom built-in bunk beds, 4.5 Italian Carrera marble baths, hardwood flooring throughout, tasteful lighting and art work, high ceilings, soothing coastal interior design, 9'x18' private heated saltwater pool (heating fee applies), multiple outdoor porches and driveway parking for 3 vehicles. The walk to the Hickory Street beach access, located directly across 30A, is minimal at less than 2 minutes, with Seaside only a few minutes farther away. Sunday Morning was built in 2017, but still feels and looks brand new - extremely well-maintained and constantly updated and refreshed! On-street parking is not allowed, so please plan accordingly.

Please note - if you wish to add pool heating to your stay, the additional fee is $60 per night + tax and must be arranged directly with Grayt 30A Vacations no later than 7-nights/1 week prior to arrival. It is not recommended to heat the pool in colder weather, as heaters will not be able to heat to the desired setting as ambient temperatures fall below 50 degrees.
