Great apartment

Apartment is perfect for a stay in Santiago. Centre is a 25 min walk or close to metro lines. Apartment was clean, quiet, well equipped and big enough for the stay. The local area and particularly Italia ave are great although I only discovered this on the final morning. 😔 My only concern was communication. I didn't realise I would need a code to get into the building so being left in the street with limited way of communicating and no way of getting in was disconcerting. There is no reception on site. Luckily after a while and sending a few unanswered messages the maid opened the door and was so helpful. She got me into my room and contacted the owners. To be fair they apologised for the mix up.

perfect Santiago apartment

I really enjoyed my stay, the apartment was exactly what I was looking for as a solo traveller. It had everything I needed and I really liked the location. The entry system worked well. The main problem I had was trying to get the access information for the property ahead of time. I was told it would be sent out 24 hours ahead, and I was getting on a long-distance bus to Santiago with no internet access. I had to find a coffee shop to get wifi to finally get the info, which had come through a couple of hours before check-in. It was also very loud one night from the bar on the corner: this was a one-off during my week long stay, but it did go on until 5am! I would stay here again due to the location and good presentation of the flat.
