Disappointed

Facilities of this property does not match with the description, Beddings, crockery were not clean, the property was not cleaned for the 5 days we stayed there or the rubbish bin emptied. There was no air conditioning and when the outside temperature reached 36C, it's very uncomfortable, the fan helped but not efficient enough.

Not for four adults

The apartment was not suitable for 4 adults as advertised, it would be ok for 3 only. The apartment had one double bed in one room, one single bed in another small room and a bed/sofa in the main living area. It was near impossible to communicate with the checkin staff and the front desk as they did not speak English and we have very limited spanish. Our apartment was not at the address advertised we were taken to another building a little further down the road. Apart from these issues it was cean and tidy. Next time we would stay elsewhere

Nice hotel walk to several tourist attractions.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Booked a taxi so didn't have to worry about it when getting in late to the airport. Clean and a safe area to walk around late evening. On a busy street, so a little street noise, but didn't keep me awake at night.

Private set up not your typical hotel apartment

We got caught out as we where supposed to have pay for the apartment but would only accept cash. Not easy to find where there are no credit card access. Apartment was extremely small and no air-conditioning but they did have fans, This was a private apartment and the owner was helpful but not what I was expecting as the details on this site did not make this clear. Hotel Desk set up was difficult because they didn't speak English.

This one bedroom apartment's location is quite convenient for sightseeing & shopping. The building and the unit size are OK, but there is NO air conditioning, so it can be quite warm during Summer in the unit. The owner is quite friendly.

I was quite comfortable in this one bedroom apartment for five nights. The manager Louis was friendly and happy to assist with anything I might need. The only things I would have liked to have seen are a couple extra rolls of toilet paper, maybe some paper towels and basic condiments such as salt and pepper. Overall it was fantastic and thanks again Louis!

Ótimo custo x benefício.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado e o atendimento é ótimo, com facilidade de check-in pois tem portaria 24h. Tivemos que deixar as janelas do quarto abertas durante a noite e ligar o ventilador de chão pois não tem ar condicionado. Santiago no verão é quente. Wifi com ótimo sinal. No geral recomendo pelo ótimo custo x benefício.

CUIDADO: ROUBO DENTRO DO QUARTO

Fiquei por 7 noites no quarto 709. Na última noite entraram no meu wuarto e roubaram U$ 3.500. Liguei para o dono e ele veio. Disse que queria transparência e que no dia seguinte às 09:00h iríamos ver as filmagens .Informou que naquela tarde, que seu filho havia entrado em meu apartamento para ver um problema na internet. Na minha ausência , SEM MINHA PERMISSÃO, o filho entro quando não estava. No dia seguinte o dono não apareceu. Registrei queixa na delegacia ( PDI) N. 7034. Vi que na filmagem entrava um jovem, portando as chaves do apartamento e entrando. Não há segurança .

Hospedagem honesta a um baixo custo!

No geral, estou satisfeito! Por tratar-se de um apartamento, o serviço depende de contato direto com o proprietário. Ele, Sr. Luis, é bastante prestativo, mas por não ter um sistema de serviço, limita a resolução de possíveis problemas com a hospedagem. A limpeza tb é um ponto fraco, ela é feita apenas 1 vez por semana. Apartamento confortável. Por fim, ressalto que ele está localizado em uma região central. Isso o coloca relativamente distante da região turística de Santiago. Em compensação está próximo ao metrô, uma grande avenida, mercado central ...

Trata-se de uma kitinete, sem serviço de quarto, café da manhã nem amenidades. Como tem cozinha completa, nos permitiu preparar nossa alimentação de acordo com o nosso gosto. Muito bem localizada, próximo a uma estação de metrô, na região central. O responsável, Sr. Luiz, foi muito atencioso e prestativo. Região segura e atrativa.

Muy cordial la recepción por parte de sus dueños a pesar el horario en el que llegamos, casi a la medianoche, horario no convenido. El departamento estaba en excelentes condiciones de higiene, confort. Muy buena calidad de blanco. Estaba muy bien equipado, súper recomendable

localização e excelente custo benefício

Boa localização e o administrador, Sr. Luis, muito prestativo e educado. Os quartos são bons, apartamento limpo e portaria funcionando 24 horas. Apenas um dos banheiros muito pequeno para tomar banho e a água derramava toda! A comodidade do hotel a ser destacada era atenção do Sr. Luis que vivia entrando em contato para saber se estava tudo em ordem e se colocando à disposição para ajudar!
