Spacious 3-level 8-bedroom Penthouse with private rooftop, ideal for families, groups of friends or business travellers in Santo Domingo. It sleeps up to 16 guests and is rented only to one group. A private elevator connects the gated two-car parking area directly to the Penthouse on the 6th floor (max. 2 people per ride).

Inside there is a bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with filtered water and fridge with ice dispenser, plus laundry room with washer and dryer. The 8 bedrooms are spread over the first and second levels, with a mix of ensuite and shared bathrooms. All rooms have comfortable beds and individual air conditioning. High-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided.

The highlight is the private rooftop terrace, accessible only from your Penthouse. You can enjoy a large jacuzzi for up to 10 people, a pool table, an indoor TV lounge with air conditioning and an outdoor lounge area to relax or have evening drinks. The rooftop also has a BBQ, filtered water, mini fridge and ice machine.

One end-of-stay cleaning is included; extra cleaning with towel change can be arranged on request for a fee. Guests can use the in-apartment washer and dryer at any time. The base rate includes up to 10 guests; extra guests pay an additional nightly fee.

The location is convenient, close to supermarkets, cinemas and shopping centres, with restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport, taxis and apps.

For safety, security cameras cover only outdoor and common areas (parking, entrances, corridors, rooftop and elevator); there are no cameras in bedrooms or bathrooms. As the building is residential, parties and events are not allowed and quiet hours start at 10 pm. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas on the rooftop terrace and balcony.
