The apartment was located in a good area steps away from the beach and major shopping district. Check-in took way too longvsince you have to pre-check in on your device and then repeat with staff. The apartment was okay but the AC wasn't working efficiently for the Summer time. The shower had good warm water flow. The kitchen didnt have pots only eating utensils and basic crockery. The wifi was good but cut out due to some issue in the area. The elevators took long to reach the ground floor at the best of times, due to stopping on multiple floors, which was quite annoying. The staff was helpful and tried their best by using Google translate to communicate in English.

A janela dava para um duto fechado totalmente escuro. O box do banheiro vazava água por tudo, o leçol estava rasgado. A senha da porta deu problemas. Por outro lado, o pessoal da recepção era muito simpático e atencioso. É bem localizado.

Vamos lá! O apartamento em si é bom. Roupa de cama boa. Instalações novas. Banheiro limpo. O que não deu certo? Chegamos em Santos em um dia de calor insuportável e o ar condicionado do nosso quarto não funcionava! Além disso, eram 15h30 e só tinha água pelando no chuveiro. Então imagine a satisfação de passar muito calor e o quarto não oferecer estrutura para o mínimo de conforto.. desci para reclamar, trocaram a gente de quarto imediatamente. Aí veio o terceiro problema: não havia rouparia suficiente para todos os quartos. Disseram que não tinha piso para o chão do banheiro e não havia toalhas para todos. Reclamei novamente. Trouxeram pra gente. Tudo resolvido em menos de uma hora. Mas só de ter que pedir o básico, deu uma dor de cabeça! O flat é a uma quadra da praia, a uma quadra do shopping! Perto de tudo. Então, talvez fora de temporada seja uma boa opção!
