The unit did not have AC as it was advertised.

They don't have humans to talk to easily, by any means, nor by telephone. They only use AI chatbots to communicate with you. When you finally get a human, it takes hours and hours and they are totally inept.
First night was lost, since the on line check in was showing that ID should be required at the entry and should be before 12am. Got in SP after 12am, flight was late. Next day, nobody request any ID.
The wifi provided didnât exist, nobody answered my request during my stay. I was not able to work.
The building is good, modern, BUT 360 Management Group is horrific.
They do not have humans to interact with by voice. They use A.I. only by WhatsApp as a means of communication. The communication experience is consistently horrible every single time.
360 ALSO put me next to a unit under construction which was VERY loud six days of the week, & they would not move me to another unit within the same building that they manage, even though they had the availability, & I repetitively asked them to do so.
360 had the audacity to cite some kind of Brazilian law that says it doesn't matter if there's noise for construction.
They have ZERO customer service skills AND I was a returning client.
