The room was very unique with beds on both sides of a large curved room. But it works! The view was great. Lots to do nearby. Parking was a bit difficult as nothing is clearly marked when you pull into the tunnel where Uber and valet all combine into a tight space. Staff was amazing!!

Great property for a convention, group event, or weekend in São Paulo but not a safe neighborhood for walking. The TAXI stand is just outside the lobby and it feels a world away from the safety of the hotel. Great restaurant on site, but the bar was closed for some weird reason when we stayed.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. This first started with our check-in process with Joaom who was extremely friendly and took his time giving us personal recommendations for the city as well as all of Brazil since we are traveling around the country. The rooms as mentioned are a bit dated in furniture, but the location was convenient, everything was clean. The area itself seemed safe enough, but we didn’t really spend much time there. The main areas of the hotel were very nice though. Elevators could be tricky in the mornings but that’s to be expected. Overall we were happy with our stay, it’s a good basic hotel for anyone visiting the city and I would recommend it to visitors in the future! Security guards were also very friendly and helpful, reminding my boyfriend and I to stay within the hotel-grounds when using our cell phones.

The safe in our room did not work. After the problem was escalated to the management they had to bring in a new safe as the old one was beyond repair. The TV remote control did not work. The shower door was crooked and did not close properly. The breakfast was very limited and of poor quality. Housekeeping was nonexistent. They just would not clean our room unless we complained to the management. The street noise could be heard inside the room no matter what floor your room was on. We would not come back to this hotel.

O hotel merece 5 estrelas !! Mas as pessoas que atuaram durante nossa estadia nao... Hall, saguao, banheiros, bar, restaurante, academia, mini parquinho. Tem tudo !! Tudo bom e tudo funciona legal. Estavamos em 10 pessoas, fechamos com 2 meses de antecedência. Chegamos no hotel as 14h e os quartos nao estavam prontos. Esperamos ate as 15h e nada... entao o hotel guardou nossas malas e disse que ao retornar teriamos o quarto. Chegamos de um roteiro as 22h e encontramos o quarto errado. Duas criancas pequenas + casal e so tinha 1 cama. A informacao que deram era que estava lotado. Pediram para eu dormir 1 noite assim e no outro dia eles resolveriam. Depois de nao aceitar, incluiram camas no meu quarto e pronto. Era aniversário das duas criancas nos dias seguintes, nao houve nenhum comunicado nem mimo como solicitado. Fui impedido de fazer o gagau da mais nova, nao forneceram o liquidificador. Resultado, tive que ir na padaria ao lado para bater todos os 4 dias (manha e noite). Tirando esse ocorrido, camas fantásticas, quarto espaçoso, cafe muito bom, local excelente. A relacao custo beneficio foi otima. Detalhe: a camareira no primeiro dia ao ajustar as camas me mostrou 2 quartos vazios no meu andar com a configuração necessária. Disse que nao estava lotado e me convidou para escolher outro quarto ou andar. Ou seja, apenas a recepção nao quis fazer o certo. Tinha vaga no hotel
