Hotel teria tudo para ser excelente, mas nem conseguimos ficar hospedados. após fazer o check in e ir para o quarto, enquanto meu marido tomava banho deu uma queda de luz que a princípio pensamos que era um problema com o cartão. Ficamos sem luz no quarto, ser ar condicionado, Tv, frigobar. Tudo parou. Entramos em contato com a recepção e um atendente foi no quarto com um outro cartão que tbm não restituiu a luz, informando que poderia ser o leitor. Disse que entraria em contato com a manutenção. Ficamos à espera por cerca de 20 minutos no quarto e nada de alguém mais ir ver. Liguei para a recepção e fui informada de que já iam resolver. Esperei mais 10 minutos e nada. Diante do calor, e pensando que o problema era pontual solicitamos a troca de quarto , mas o atendente disse que só poderia efetivar após o técnico sinalizar. Como estava muito quente descemos na recepção com as malas e lá fomos informados que havia tido uma queda de luz e que o “sistema” do hotel estava sendo restabelecido. Pedimos uma previsão e não souberam nos informar. Como não era nada pontual e outros hóspedes já estavam relatando a falta de energia resolvemos esperar mais um pouco ( 1hora mais) e sempre que falávamos com o atendente ele dizia que estavam verificando para restabelecer a energia. Enquanto isso vários hóspedes davam entrada no hotel e não eram informados que não havia energia nos quartos (somente no hall da recepção, restaurante e elevadores) subiam para seus quartos e desciam logo

Quartos muito antigos ou parcialmente renovados. O atendimento é padrão, satisfatório, embora todo mundo recebesse 2 chaves, uma delas não funcionava, tinha que voltar na recepção e pedir para recadastrar. O café da manhã é bom. Me deram um primeiro quarto muito velho, com carpete sujo e chuveiro que só tinha a opção de água extremamente quente ou gelada. Os quartos são bem silenciosos.

Free breakfast was good. Gym is nice, clean and big. The pool was out of order which was disappointing and the hottub had cold water in it but you could still go in the "hottub" Free shuttle to the airport was convenient. Rooms were spacious and clean.
