There's also a bus station with a direct airport limousine service, which makes traveling very convenient. The only drawback was having to first go to another location to check in. Fortunately we were able to easily procure a cab from the street to get from the checkin location to our accommodation. It was definitely small but clean and in a convenient location to the train and lots of restaurants.

Not really as pictured. Very basic, building is a bit shabby and it’s quite dull inside. Basic but very clean. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay where we wanted to cook and wash clothes. A clothes rack to dry clothes would be convenient. Good location, close to Susukino and Odori park. Should email check-in instructions as everything you’re informed of could be advised via email.
