The room we booked and paid for wasn't available so we got stuck in a smaller room next to construction. And we did not get a refund for the smaller room. The construction was so loud!! They did nothing to a accommodate us and said there was no other rooms but they still offered it on their website. Our lights and plug ins didn't work. The pool was barely open and some of the pop was out. We will not stay there again. Horrible experience!

This is our second time in this hotel, everything is great! Added fees of $ 28, did not like this option. Registration, room, everything is great. Breakfast until 9:30 a.m. Such an excellent hotel should have it up to 10. Thanks 👍

We had booked a one bedroom suite, and when they checked us in the guy gave me a lesser room because my room was not ready at 4:45 PM. Then in the room, the heating was broken and buzzed the whole night. The noise was so loud we had to turn it off and froze as a result. Once we turned it off, the mini fridge was the next noise maker also buzzing all night long. The next morning I went to breakfast and the omelette station was not running. They said it would be delayed by an hour. So missed that too. This used to be a really nice place to stay. But the staff there seemed like a bunch of incompetent people. And the maintenance on the utilities is not getting done. Old noisy appliances and poor service ruined our experience.
