We loved staying at this place! It was clean and had plenty of activities to do for the kids. It was a huge plus having all of the items for the beach. There were plenty of towels for the beach. We had a lot of fun staying here as a family!

The house was absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed family time full of great meals, relaxing in the hot tub and swimming. The home lacked nothing and the decor was gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and have amazing meals. While we were there we visited the Sarasota Farmer's Market which was a short drive and enjoyed it so much. There is plenty to do in the home for all ages and enough space that you are never crowded even with a large group. My husband celebrated his 50th birthday there and it will be a celebration we will always remember fondly. We all loved the home!

“Check-in was smooth and easy — the host provided clear instructions and communication was prompt, which made arrival stress-free. House was great! Loved the amenities! Clean! Few hiccups…. Gate was broken and wiredShut so easy access for strangers and one of the beds was broken but an easy fix. Not sure if owners use a property manager but was very hard trying to communicate with them and had to wait almost an hour after check in and help of VRBO to get them to release code. Also asked months before if they could add one extra night and they said it wouldn’t be a problem just to remind them the week of. I did so….non responsive of course all week and then day of check in told couldn’t do it. I was given a smallRefund which was appreciated just hoping this review makes them more responsive to future guests.
