Very modern, clean, new hotel. Excellent rate. Walking distance from the Sarasota airport. Staff was excellent. Everything was great except for the shower. The tile pan was not built with the correct pitch; therefore, the shower did not drain properly causing it to have standing water.

I LOVE this hotel! Professional, courteous and very accomodating staff. The modern cool vibe of the hotel decorum is pleasing and welcoming. The room was clean, the breakfast was very tasty and the pool and massage amenities were excellent.

Hotel was very clean and chic. Rooms are compacted and I would Suggest only one person to a king size room. We did not try breakfast but the rate of $7 is a great rate… now on to check in. The FD associate was not rude but definitely not accommodating upon my card being ran, he claimed it declined. I showed Him their card reader that read approved. He insisted that it declined. I called My bank right there at the desk and they insured me there were no holds or fraud pauses on my card. However, he insisted it was declining and asked if I could use To
