The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The art highlighting Saratoga was a nice touch. Breakfast was hot and decent. Unfortunately, it had snowed the previous day and the parking lot and outdoor areas were poorly shoveled and barely plowed. Be aware that the pool and hot tub are outdoors and only available seasonally.

This modern and well designed hotel was perfect for our needs. Didn’t use the spa, but the pool looked lovely if it had been a summer visit. The breakfast had protein choices, which makes for a great start on a vacation day, much appreciated.

The staff was welcoming and personable. In a day and age where fewer people are able to hold a conversation, each of the staff members absolutely could and did! The room was clean and spacious. The bed was more than comfortable. The breakfast also had a nice variety of foods and the hot food served varied by the day. We were very happy with our stay!
