Great property for families, with everything small children need including toys and a travel crib. It is close enough to the town to walk but secluded enough for privacy. It was clean and well appointed as well. Everything you could ask for in a rental home.

We always feel so welcome at Avalon! This beautiful home is well stocked with everything you will need to be comfortable. Plenty of space to relax inside or out. Easy drive to Oval Beach and downtown. The hosts are very friendly and responsive.

Wonderful Getaway

We returned to stay at the Avalon for the Tulip Time. Love walking into this warm and welcoming home. Everything is spotless and anything you could need is in place. The home is convenient for exploring the area and enjoying the lovely Saugatuck. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

GetAway at Avalon

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! Every opportunity to make us feel comfortable was taken. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and firepit as well. The beautiful gardens were a wonderful touch.

Perfect house for a group of 6 to 8 adults. 8 if 2 adults are good sleeping in the beds on porch. Living room area large and comfortable. Speaker system is excellent hang out feature. Same with dry bar.

Beautiful home a half mile from downtown Saugatuck. Check in was smooth, the hosts were warm and communicative! The beds were comfortable. Toys and books on the sun porch were a hit with my kids. The bedrooms upstairs were warmer than the rest of the house but equipped with ceiling fans. It is on a somewhat busy street but we enjoyed hanging out in the spacious backyard. A quick drive to Oval Beach and fruit picking! We greatly enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could have been improved was cleanliness of the unit. There were some dust bunnies and hair on the bedroom floor and the trash had not been removed from one of the bedrooms prior to our arrival. Overall, a great vacation spot for families!
