We have returned to this property several times because it meets our needs on so many levels. It’s a great house with lots of places to hang – from the porches in the trees to the lower level where our kids enjoyed their space.

Unique house in a beautiful location!

We stayed for 3 nights and my family enjoyed this house tremendously. There wasn't enough internet bandwidth to stream anything on the TV and there's lots of stairs - however, these were the only downsides to the this property and neither of these detracted from our stay. We highly recommend this location. It would be perfect for three couples or a larger family. We'll definitely be coming back to the area and would stay at this house again. Thanks!

I may have missed this. To get to the main floor from garage, you go down the stairs. Go down another set a stairs for 2 other Bdrms. Thus, you need to go up and down stairs on each entry/departure. Could pose difficulty for some, especially if one walks with difficulty - I do! Cl

Great stay!

Great house and location on beautiful street. Communication was great, especially when we arrived to a beeping fire alarm that needed a battery. Was fixed quickly. Morning woke up to broken Keurig and a new one was delivered by evening. Great stay! Thank you.

This unique property was lovely & was just as advertised. The name “Treetops” was apt. When you’re on the main floor, you’re in the canopy of huge trees - looking at their branches, not where their trunks meet the ground. Was a beautiful & unique perspective! The communication from the mgmt company was clear & they promptly replied to our one inquiry.

Great weekend getaway

We had four adults and one baby, the property was beautiful and relaxing for the adults while being easy for a baby to crawl around without worry. We loved hanging out on the back porch area and looking at the leaves. The rooms were big enough for us to bring a pack-n-play and there was living areas on separate levels so some people could sleep in / go to bed early without disturbing others.

70th Birthday celebration

Loved the house. It was fully stocked with all the essentials. The stay was great but would’ve liked more sleeping options. It was a group of five adults but only three bedrooms with 1 bed in each one of them. It was awkward having to sleep with a friend. It would’ve been great if the two large couches had a pullout sofa bed.

Cool house and wonderful location

Very much enjoyed staying at Treetops. My family loved that they could walk to town in minutes. We also enjoyed the two living areas with their "lookouts" to the forested hill behind the house. Extremely clean house and everything worked beautifully. We hope to return someday soon.

Lovely home in the Tree Tops. Home is very spacious. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Modern, fully stocked kitchen. Cozy and relaxing sunroom off kitchen. Walkable to downtown Saugatuck.

High school friends get together.

We found this gem during a VRBO search. It looked so pretty from the description and we were glad it was free for our dates. The general location was perfect for Saugatuck- we awoke both mornings and after our coffee on the serene seating in the trees we took a long walk through the town and surrounding streets. We were only .4 from downtown which was perfect but also private location that it seemed we were in the woods with no noise. It is a beautiful house with lots of different spots for seating and gathering. The hot tub was an extra bonus. My friend from HS and I brought our husbands plus our two college sons joined us. Plenty of room for six. We had a wedding and two birthday celebrations during the long weekend but did make a couple of meals. Well stocked kitchen to make this happen - spices, oil, foil etc I gotta say the best part of the house was the kitchen. Amazing! Anything you could want in a kitchen you can find it there. And in general, the house was by far over the top in high end finishes and decorations. A lot of thought went in to decorating. We went to a ten bedroom with a pool and ponds for a party. No comparison -our house was waaaaay nicer. If you need a place
this is worth every Penny. We will be back

The perfect family retreat!

My family (7 adults) stayed at this beautiful property for 3 nights. The pictures don’t do it justice! It was fabulously decorated and so comfortable. Everything we wanted or needed was provided. It’s a short walk downtown and sits in a quiet neighborhood. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family vacation

We loved staying at this property! My husband and I and our 3 girls (4, 6 and 8) really enjoyed this home for our summer vacation. This is our 3rd year in Saugatuck and we had the best time. I’m pretty picky on cleanliness and this was the cleanest rental we have stayed in. Beds were comfortable, the layout was perfect, the 3 season room and screened porches were so pretty. The hot tub was great at night. Appliances in the kitchen were high end. The space was so pretty and peaceful. It felt tucked away, but was on a nice street in a neighborhood and also very walkable to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect girls weekend house

This house was so great! It was clean, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and back decks. The walk downtown was 10-20 minutes depending on where you’re headed, but we had great weather and it’s a very pretty walk. Definitely would stay here again!

An appreciation of the finer things

Home was lovely. Attention to details was outstanding. Hard for 6 seniors to navigate all the stairs but that was our fault for not researching schematics ahead of time. Kevin was a great host. That need new towels and washcloths in bathrooms.
