King master bedroom with en suite bedroom. 2nd bedroom has two Twin beds and third bedroom has two Twin beds. Living room sofa pulls out if needed (you will need to slide it back to pullout). Gourmet kitchen. Spacious dining area. Private laundry. 2.5 updated bathrooms are in the house. All furnishings and linens are brand new and high end designer items. The home accommodates 6 adults and up to 2 extra kids or teens under 18.

Beautiful home that is perfectly centered in between all the great spot to visit! The kitchen had great tools, pans, pots, very fun to cook in if that's something you're looking for on vacation. We loved our time with only a few areas to be addressed: 1) only one roll of paper towel was provided - it would have been nice to have several as we were traveling with children and cooking in the home and 2) the soap dispensers in the bathrooms were reused but didn't work well and the soap seemed watered down - a little disappointing for such a high end property. 3) There was a furniture issue that was resolved quickly through online communication with the property manager. Outside of those small issues, we would return if in town again!

Perfect location. Neat, clean, comfortable, All the amenities we needed & more. Clear communication & no issue to address. We did not have a car & did not need one - we walked everywhere. We did not cook but enjoyed eating in with food from area restaurants.

This was my first VRBO experience and I am overjoyed by the entire experience. I'm so grateful for our host. They were amazing at communicating with us even with the unexpected issue of the ice storm and the concern about flight delays. This home was absolutely gorgeous! Location is about a half mile from the action which was nice in the evenings if you didn't want the noise of the nightlife. It was close enough to walk most places if you're able bodied.

Beautiful condo, good location

We only stayed 2 nights and were happy with our choice of places to stay. The home was beautifully decorated, very clean, and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable. We had a couple ladies that were unable to walk very far so we used uber to get around but it seemed like the riverfront was not really in walking distance unless you were very fit.

"No-brainer"

We were in town for a 50th birthday girls' trip. This place was perfect! It was clean and beautiful and spacious and is walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do (short Uber ride to the airport and the few things not right nearby). We walked all over, including downtown and always felt safe. With splitting the cost 6 ways, it was very affordable and a no-brainer when comparing with staying in hotel rooms. We would absolutely stay here again.

Ladies 60th Birthday Getaway

The unit is beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything you’ll need. Beds are so comfy, location is perfect, just a 15-20 minute walk anywhere. We arrived on a Thursday and found 2 parking spaces right in from of our unit and never had to move the car. There are 2 coffeemakers, one drip and one Keurig.Bring and extra roll of paper towels for the kitchen. There were just 2 things the hosts should consider; adding a couple of full length mirrors upstairs, and put some sort of grab bars in the hallway shower or scratch the surface of the tub because it was very slippery inside the shower.Otherwise we had such a fantastic time there and would most definitely book it again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Lovely stay

A perfect place to relax for a group of ladies celebrating milestone birthdays! We appreciated the cleanliness of the house, and the beds were comfortable. We parked and then walked everywhere for the remainder of our stay. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

If you are thinking of booking this rental, go ahead and click reserve now! The home was spacious, clean new feel, decorated like a magazine, and the beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect and in a nice area where we felt very safe. Highly recommend!
