Chateau Sullivan sits on 3 acres and had 8 large bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps 18. Lots of covered dreamy outdoor spaces with plenty of seating for all. The house has a English garden and a small vineyard to overlook. There is a LARGE family Entertainment room with pleny of cozy seating for everyone to watch movies or lounge. The entertainment room also has a slate ping pong table/poker table/ game table with checkers and chess/ many board and card games for everyone**photos coming soon**The kitchen has a prep/breakfast room with a brand new professional gas double oven and range with 8 burners .The backyard has a large outdoor kitchen for family cookouts, that overlooks the garden and large back deck. Only a 5 minute drive to Warren Dunes State Park/Beach and only a 3 minute walk into town !! 3 fabulous restaurants, coffee shop and 2 grocery stores.

AWESOME Place
The property was big enough for 18 guys to sleep and live comfortably. Spent most of our time outside and it was truly an amazing place to stay. Cassidy was incredibly responsive and they got someone out to assist within the same day. Nothing but good things to say about our stay.

Beautiful home, kids had a blast!
Family reunion was amazing at this beautiful property with the beach and dunes literally 8 minutes away! The interior was spotless and the grandkids entertained themselves in the pool (they couldn’t get enough of it). Owners were kind and very responsive. Such a great venue for a large family gathering !

Beautiful home in Sawyer
We loved the location of this home - perfectly situated to nearby downtown Sawyer. The garden and large play area in the yard was put to good use with the grandkids with soccer and volleyball games. The kitchen in this home provides ample space for the family cooks to work simultaneously and it creates a fun atmosphere! We loved our visit. Thank you!

Perfect Weekend Away
My friends and I took a long weekend away from Chicago and were so happy with our choice to stay at Chateau Sullivan. The pictures do not do this house justice. There were 16 of us, and we never felt cramped as there are so many places to spread out. While the town is small, it was very quaint and so easy to get to from the house. Also, you were a short drive from the beach and nice hikes. If we ever take another trip, we will definitely be visiting this house again!

Birthday Celebration
Twice a year my family and friends get together to celebrate birthdays!! We knew we wanted something that could fit all of us and this exceeded our expectations!! We celebrated a wide range of birthdays 3 being 21st birthdays! This was the cutest house and we had plenty of room!! We loved the garden and how close some things were!! Cassidy was amazing with answering any questions we had!! Definitely will stay here again!!

Incredible Rental Home
I usually don’t write reviews but I had to express how amazing Chateau Sullivan property is. The entire experience was amazing. The host, Cassidy, was great and answered all my questions prior to arriving instantly, great communication. The property itself had everything our large group (20 people) needed and more. The indoor pool was a great escape after a long day exploring Sawyer and the surrounding areas. The home offers plenty of space to hang out with family and friends but also has areas to get away and read a book quietly. The grounds of the property are magical and the kids loved running in the yard playing hide n seek and catching fireflies at night. I have to say this vacation was the best experience I have ever had. Thank you Cassidy for providing such a tremendous vacation for our family, we will definitely be back every year.

Great Property
House was perfect for our large group. Everyone could have their own space but lots of room to hang out as well. Great location, short walk to restaurants and grocery. Very clean, host was friendly and responsive.
