What a fantastic home for family and friends to gather for your Seabrook Island beach vacation! Sleeps 10! Just across the street is your direct beach access via Boardwalk #5. The reverse floor plan of this elevated home puts the main living areas on the top level to maximize the views. You'll enjoy beautiful golf course and lagoon views from the back of the home while you relax on the deck and screened porch. The open floor plan is terrific combining the great room, kitchen, dining room and lovely sitting area into one very large space brightened by a vaulted ceiling and walls of windows. The great room has a large sectional sofa, bookshelves full of interesting reads and a television. The spacious kitchen is nicely appointed with granite counters and stainless appliances featuring Kitchen Aide dual wall oven and microwave, Kitchen Aide built in refrigerator, Thermidor smooth cooktop, and Whirlpool Dishwasher.
The kitchen dining area is at the front of the home with seating for 6. The larger dining room is at the back of the home with seating for 8+ and has access to the screened porch with golf course views. Adjacent to the dining room is an additional sitting area with access to the deck. This is the perfect spot for curling up with a good book or playing family games. There is also a powder room on this level adjacent to the great room. You will have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy yourselves in this wonderful coastal home.
The master bedroom is on the upper level featuring a king bed, en suite bath with jetted tub and private deck. Downstairs on the first level are 4 additional bedrooms. Each guest room has a king bed with en suite access to a full Jack and Jill bath between them. There is also a television in each room. All levels are accessible by an elevator which is available for use upon request. There is a laundry room with full size washer/dryer on the first level for your convenience.
The lower level is also highlighted by a large den filled with cozy furniture and a television. The den also features access to a covered back deck with picturesque golf course views. Just across the street is Boardwalk #5 which will take you directly to the 3.5 miles of pristine Seabrook Island beaches. There is an elevator available upon request.
This home has everything you could want in a beach vacation rental-it just needs you! You can even bring up to (2) dogs with additional pet fee per pet to apply. Come have fun at 3681 Seabrook Island Road.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night â 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4 The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
As of 5/1/25: Each rental property is permitted a maximum of four (4) total gate passes. This includes passes for both cars and Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). Please note that the total number of passes cannot exceed four, regardless of the type of vehicle, per Town of Seabrook.
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. Requirements for LSVs Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed Usage Restrictions: For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules. Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).
We had 7 adults and 3 children and fit comfortably. Good location short walk to the beach and short bike ride to the pool.
Highlight for us is the golf courses. Never had to wait and all rounds were under4:15 hours.
Furnishings were nice but some a bit dated.
Loved the house. It's right across the street from Boardwalk #5 so you can be at the beach in 5 minutes. Very easy to deal with the rental agents. The whole trip went off without a hitch. They have my highest recommendation.
Seabrook island is beautiful and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedrooms, clean, nice kitchen and dining room. House across the street from the beach and a short bike ride from the beach club. Relaxing and wonderful stay!
My family and I had a great week on Seabrook. This is our 6th year coming here and our 2nd stay at this property. The house is perfectly located, clean and quiet. As guests of this house two years ago, we were saddened to see that maintenance of the home was somewhat lacking. Broken chairs, window, and railing, as well as major paintwork needed on the interior were rather disheartening. Also, while there were basic supplies provided, to not even have salt or pepper available seemed odd. Otherwise, the house location and size are excellent and the house did feel clean. Coastal Getaways is always delightful to work with. We will definitely be returning to Seabrook next year, just most likely not to this property.
There were 10 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs and enough room for all of us. We were not crowded. Kitchen well stocked.
Access to the beach was easy and close.
We had a great Christmas there.
Had 7 adults and 5 kids and we fit perfectly. The house was in fantastic shape and had all the pots, pans, beach equipment, etc⊠that a family would need.
The house was spacious and clean although pretty dated. It mostly had everything we needed but could have used a few more amenities, extra towels, newer/cleaner pots/pans to cook, wireless speakers or adapters to use the ones there. Especially disappointing was the fact that after May 20 the restaurants at the clubhouse are members only. All in all it was a good stay but not sure weâd return.
The home is spacious and comfortable. And, it's convenient to the beach and Club. Also, you have easy access to groceries, restaurants, ice cream via car or bike. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property and Island.
While there are some updates that this house needs it was a wonderful place for our group of 10! We enjoyed the space this house provided us and that all rooms had king beds! Canât wait to come back!
