As you enter this desirable end unit you will be greeted by spectacular golf course views from the beautiful picture windows. This house is full of natural light and you will love it's inviting and casual layout. Two levels of living space is the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and enjoy island life...dogs includes. You will love the easy going vibe, comfortable bedrooms, and amazing golf course views.

This light filled, beautifully decorated beach home has comfortable living spaces to unwind...a lovely living room and sunroom (with day bed and a trundle). The sliding doors to the screened porch where sunlight filters through the trees creates its own relaxing space as you sip cool drinks and unwind from a fantastic day at the beach! In the dining area, your friends and family can gather around the island table that has seating for 6 - perfect for sharing stories from your day. The nearby kitchen has a well stocked kitchen ready to prepare those gourmet meals. On the first level, the guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds. A trundle bed in the sunroom, open to the kitchen, can accommodate additional guests. Head to the second floor primary bedroom which has a King bed with access to an en suite bathroom. An additional guest bedroom is also located on the second floor with a spacious Queen bedroom with en-suite

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

There is non-refundable pet fee which is added to the cost of the rental if bringing your dog.

I have spent time in about a dozen of Seabrook Island rental homes. 770 is one that I’ll go back to for sure. I enjoy the bright, clean, comfortable space. It is managed incredibly well. It was a pleasure.

Everything Everything

This rental property had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday visit to Seabrook. The kitchen was well stocked, the condo was CLEAN (which is a priority for our family!), it was close to everything. We rode bikes, walked the dogs on the beach, hung out at Fresh Fields, cooked in most nights -- just had the best time. The property manager was helpful and communicative for a slight "lock out" situation that we had -- our fault entirely. Would most definitely rent here again and again.

We had a great month, exceptional weather. Our Spinnaker Beach House was very easy to make home on for a month and proximity to the beach was wonderful. People and surrounding pets were very kind and dogs well behaved. Lots of renovations are happening so we did have plenty of trucks and workmen but would surely go back.

Our family loved the spaciousness, location and modern updates of this villa. The dining room table was large and spacious, there was plenty of seating in the living room, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well decorated. We were thrilled with the location - just across the street from the beach. I highly recommend this unit!

Lovely stay at 770 Spinnaker Beach House

This property was perfect for my husband and me and our two teenage daughters. The location was great and we used our Amenity card daily to have access to the Beach club and pools. I definitely recommend renting bicycles for the week to navigate the island. The house was clean and well furnished and in a great location.

Perfect Family Vacay Stay!

We loved the townhouse, location & tranquil views! Ease of reservations, communication with Coastal Getaways & home amenities were all perfect. Just a quick walk/bike ride to the beach & pool made our coastal vacay enjoyable . We’ve never visited Seabrook before & it is truly a little slice of heaven. We had a great time in this house! It was beautiful, clean, and the management company was incredibly responsive during our stay if we had any questions. It was a quick walk to the beach, although we chose to drive a little farther down to enjoy the larger section of beach. Having access to the Beach Club and Lake House pools was great!

My family and dog (small labradoodle) had a wonderful week staying at 770 Spinnaker. We loved the location being close to the beach and loved the decor and the space. The house is very comfortable. It was fun having bikes to get where we need to go. We rarely used the car.
