Using a car, exploring the vibrant Pacific Northwest has never been easier from this centrally located retreat. For those preferring public transportation, several bus stops are located within 0.6 mile, offering access to the Metro Transit system. Additionally, the nearby Eastgate Park & Ride provides a convenient option for commuters looking to access downtown Seattle or other nearby destinations via bus or carpool.



Other Things to Note:

1- The hot water tank is a smaller size. If you're traveling with a larger group (more than 5 people), please stagger your showers to ensure everyone has access to hot water.

2- There is NO access to the lake, and that the adjoining lakeside is all private property and attempting to access the lake is trespassing.

3- All bedrooms are conveniently located on the lower level for added privacy and quiet.

4- Central air conditioning is not available in the home.

5- The fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use.

6- The driveway leading from West Lake Sammamish Parkway to the house is quite steep and may be challenging during snowy conditions.

Very clean and accommodated all our needs. Very conveniently located near downtown Bellevue. It was not made clear until the day before arrival that there was no lake access. The house is surrounded by others which is all private property and very well marked as such. This did not matter to us for the purpose of our trip, but it would have been nice to have had this for consideration ahead of time should that have mattered. That said, there’s tons of trails and things to do near by and I ultimately recommend this property.

Great Views in a Super Clean Home

We had a great stay at the home. Almost 2 weeks, and we enjoyed our time. It was clean, and we were able to settle in. Thanks for keeping the house so lovely, and we would stay here again any time.
