**Additional Info About the Home** âą This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. âą Please note that the 2nd floor bedroom does not have an AC, but it usually doesn't get hot. âą Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available directly across the street from the townhome complex for a guaranteed spot.
**About the Reservation** âą In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. âą Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules** âą This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. âą Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

This property is really nice. Exactly as presented in their listing. The management was very responsive when I had inquiries.The location is within walking of many great food and espresso options. French Guys bakery and espresso is especially wonderful. I would certainly rent this unit again
Great location, its quiet and close to great restaurants and the Capital Hill light rail station. The hosts provide a parking pass for the neighborhood but tou really dont need a car. The light rail is less than a 10 minute walk. If your flying into SeaTac you can take the rail to the house. Its about a 30 minute ride.
