The host had failed to mentioned the stairs that led up to the door connected to the upstairs unit until i asked and he mentioned that only the host has access to open it and also failed to mention that his family was upstairs in the other unit. got told that the living area, kitchen and laundry room was a shared space when the listing says ‘private apartment’. lastly host fail to mention that the property had a camera out in the front. i had left the night before checkout due to my guests and i being uncomfortable.

An honest review: this is a daylight basement so know that going in. The decor is great and it’s nicely updated. I had really frustrating communication issues with the host on more than one occasion which means that I will definitely not stay here again. The 10am checkout time is very unreasonable, and the cleaners knocked on the door early at 9:40am, when i brought this to the host he was flippant. I don’t love microfiber bedding/sheets, but that’s a personal preference. Pillows were not great either, but it was a very comfortable bed. Please don’t make guests remove their own trash.

Nice place and you will fee like a "local" in a Seattle neighborhood. I would recommend highly for solo business travelers working downtown or UW area. I found it a nice reprieve from downtown and Bellevue hotels.

Fantastic location in Ravenna. Close to University Village which was perfect for us. The place was nicely furnished, quiet, and super clean! The host was so easy to communicate with and kind. We highly recommend this place and plan to stay again when visiting family in the Seattle area. We really enjoyed our stay!
