The property has great sitting areas outside to take in the views. The large lot offers plenty of room for kids to enjoy. There are also disc golf baskets and a basketball hoop. The automatic generator and Telsa charger are great pluses. The main floor has one bedroom and a full bath. The 2nd floor also has one bedroom and a bathroom. Extremely pleased! Amazing views of Sebago Lake and mountains. Very clean, great layout, and full of all the amenities for a winter getaway! The photos online do not capture the beauty of this property!! We will book again.

Everything was clean and secure. However, the photos of the property were a bit deceiving. Smaller than anticipated inside and out (firepit much closer to the house than pictured, common area is smaller and no working light in childs secret cubby), upstairs toilet had a broken handle and no light in upstairs shower. Warning: downstairs tub is extremely slippery and doesn't have grab bars to assist getting in/out. My sister-in-law fell and broke 5-ribs. We had to leave a day early for medical reasons. An offer of a 1 day refund due to their negligence would have been nice but no communication after I notified Eric of the incident.

Great property with fantastic views. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The linens were plentiful and very good quality. We appreciated all the firewood available and the fire pit seating area was a good spot to spend a summer evening. It would have been nice to have a window ac in the top bedroom as a few days it was quite warm.

Family Visit

The place was perfect for our needs. We had enough space to all stay comfortably, enough bathrooms, and everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time away. The view was phenomenal and we loved our nightly fires. One thing we had wished we knew before hand is that the air conditioning was only for the lower level. We didn’t realize that and the two main floors did not have any air conditioning and was way to hot for comfort. We would definitely stay here again, hoping for air conditioning to be added, when we make it back to Maine. Thank you!

Perfect Maine Rental!

Stayed at this beautiful, secluded rental in Maine for a friend’s wedding at Garden Gate at Haley Farm, which was just five minutes away – the location couldn't have been better! The house was clean, well-maintained, and had all the comforts of home. The host was wonderful, very responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. 10 out of 10 – would definitely stay here again!

Family Trip

This house was so cute! My kids loved the bunk room and the secret hide out area. It was extremely hot during our stay and the main level, and upstairs did not have air conditioning, but we found out during our time in Maine it very typical. :) The basement level stayed nice and cold so what was a nice place to retreat to when we got too hot. We had a great time, and would book again if in the area!
