The room was super clean and nice. There is free bottled to drink anytime, and you can get more at the front desk or have them bring it to the room anytime. They also had a paystation to buy straykids t money cards! Walkable distance to TONS of shopping and food. Also right on the bus line! The staff was super helpful and spoke english fluently. There is also a 7/11 connected to the hotel so last night snack runs are quick and easy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone!

Location , staff, cleanliness, convenience ....alll 5 *, the hotel to stay if it's your 1st trip to Seoul. Metro station , starbucks, great local coffee shop steps from the hotel. With excellent shopping and night markets as well as food/ dining within a 200m walk. Coin laundry, gym, 7 -11 within the hotel.

Very nice and friendly staff . I believe that the two breakfast buffet we had to pay for ( total 6 people) . The previous question was “how was your free breakfast “ . Love the cleaning lady and a very helpful check in/ customer service staff.

Great location, close to Myeongdong shopping district and several historical attractions. Nice clean rooms. Only small issue is a construction site next to the hotel at the moment but in reality the level of noise is not really disturbing.
