The property is located at Songpa Gu which is near to olympic park. You need to take a short bus ride there and the street itself is full of eatery, serving nice fried chicken and kopchang. Its actually the bangi food street. Friday and Saturday night is a busy street but it quiet down during Sun nite. Convenience store is around the corner as well. Rainbow house provide water dispenser, the kitchen is basic with rice cooker and they even provide rice but you have to cook yourself. I did not use it as I mostly eat out. They provide shampoo and a small piece of soap as well. The hot water is sufficient and the temperature of the water is manageable. The aircon temperature is manageable too. The best thing is that there is a small TV in the room and a small fridge as well. Maybe a few suggestion, if hanger can be provided will be good. I have to make use of a pole that is very close to the wall on top of my bed to hang my clothing. As the room i stay (307) got a small window near the desk area, the morning will strike thru and it s very bright and kinda disturb the sleep. Might be able to make a curtain for it Strongly recomended for those who need a place to rest or sleep after moving around in Seoul for the whole day. Sincerely Maybelene Tang

I thought it was a good price when I booked but the owners added an initial cleaning charge of 20,000 won. This may be standard practice in Korea but this should have been obvious when making the booking. Luckily they didn’t insist on the 50,000 won deposit.

정말 좁아요. 체크인보다 두 시간 먼저 도착했는데 트렁크가 무거워 숙소에 맡기고 밥을 먹으러 가려고 했는데 트렁크를 맡아주기 어렵다고 하면서, 싼 데는 이유가 있는 거라고 설명하네요. 그래서 무거운 트렁크를 끌고 식사를 하러 갔습니다. 엘리베이터가 없어서 트렁크 들고 올라가는 데도 힘들었습니다. 방은 트렁크를 열기 힘들 정도로 좁고 침대도 뒤척일 수 없을 정도로 작습니다. 하지만 위치는 좋아서 식당이나 교통은 편리합니다.

ホテルの看板が小さすぎてホテルが存在しているかどうかが分かりづらい。また、韓国語表記では「ロッテタワー」の文字が全く書かれていなかったため余計に分かりづらかった。 ホテルのチェックイン/チェックアウト方法もスタッフが常駐しておらず、チェックインの方法に関してはメールで送っていることを知らなかったので、入り口にチェックイン方法はメール参照の文面を書いてほしい。チェックアウト方法もそのまま出ることも知らなくて困惑したので、部屋の中にチェックアウト方法を書いてほしい。

Good

The guy who runs the place was really helpful and kind, he was really fast on answering questions and help you out. Would recommend the place if you are a person that don't need to much space. The room was clean and big enough for you to function and there were wardrobes for you to put you clothes in and a fridge for your food. The only negative thing about the room was that the bathroom was a bit dirty but it was nothing you couldn't fix yourself to make it a bit better for your staying. So over all am really pleased with my stay there

가격 대비 만족스러운!

가격 생각하면 만족스러운 숙박이 되지않을까싶어요. 겨울에 이용했었는데 바닥이랑 공기가 따뜻해서 정말 행복했습니다. 샤워하기에는 욕실이 조금 작은 느낌이에요. 나머지 부분은 만족하고 특히 호스트가 굉장히 친절하십니다:) 사진 찍을 생각을 못해서 사진은 없어요

立地が悪くなく、地下鉄の駅から徒歩10分ほどですが、仁川空港からだと1時間40分ぐらい遠いです。 ただ、ソウルの中心部とか観光地に行くときは便利です。 お値段が安いからかもですが、部屋がとても狭くて、シャワーを浴びるときに体が全然動けない状態でした。 防音も悪くて隣に泊まってる人の声が丸聞こえてしまい、特に夜はかなり響いていました。 冷房も調節不可なので夜は相当寒かったです。 この宿泊施設は大きな部屋から10数ルームほど仕切ったもので、私が泊まったルームには窓がなく、朝でも真っ暗でした。
