They are not in the business of hospitality and certainly don’t care if you ever come back. Long line at check In. Four statf but only two checking in, the other two you ask, they ran paperwork and sorted invoices. A good coworker helps out and returns to their work when it’s quieter. The room had 26 degrees Celsius. Apparently, the AC only gets started when you use the room, saving them energy and costing the guest comfort. It took 45 minutes to get to an acceptable temperature. It felt like a complete rip off and cannot recommend at all. Also when I had questions before arrival, they never answered the phone nor replied to my emails. They just dont care. Utter shame this place.

From main KLIA term 1 you must go to level 1 and take the free shuttle to term 2, then go to level 2m where you will find the hotel. Very courteous staff, room was very clean and quiet.

Great amenities. Clean bathroom with shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, water bottles, AC, tea, coffee, water boiler, TV, clothes handers all provided. The front desk is able to refill your water bottle too. Rooms aren't too small. They just don't have windows. Great service. Smooth check-in

This hotel is actually located in the terminal we used it between 2 Air Asia flights. Don’t use Google maps from arrivals as it wanted us do a 2.1km walk when we didn’t even have to leave the building! It was great for 1night, but if we had better flight times it wouldn’t have been needed.

Pros: Convenient and close to airport, decent price, super helpful staff, and nice buffet breakfast. Cons: bedrooms are in serious need of maintenance, most especially in the bathrooms where the mirrors are all eroded. It seems like this may have been a lovely 5-star hotel many years ago, but has been forgotten about since then. We would stay here again if we came to Palu City.
