Veteran owned Thelander Properties LLC is pleased to offer this "Home away from Home" for your housing needs while in our beautiful community. With our remodel completed early December 2019 this house offers upper and lower family rooms, two bedrooms up and one with two beds down. Two bathrooms with plenty of room to stretch out. Family Get-together

Spent a week with my sister and her family in Sergeant Bluff. This house was perfect for my son and his wife and two kids and Grandma and Grandpa. Good stay!

Great Stay

We actually stayed in the Maroon 5 house. 1st time renting a house for a 4 night stay for 5 people. Loved the kitchen, well stocked with kitchen supplies. Our favorite part of the house was the huge open living room in the basement. I would rent this house again.

Property was as described and right in the heart of Sgt. Bluff. Easy process of checking in and excellent communication with Owner. Fenced yard for dogs was a plus!

Nice smaller home

We did a group golf trip and stayed in two of Brad’s properties near each other. Houses were nice, area felt safe. We probably would have preferred a larger home for all of us but the short term rental market in Sioux City area has limited offerings. So Brad’s properties were wonderful rather than staying in the hotel at the casino nearby. Thanks Brad!

So Easy to Work With

This was my second time staying in this house. It is a great option for a family who wants to stay together in the Sergeant Bluff/Sioux City area. This last visit was for a family funeral and we liked being together in a comfortable setting. It is easy to get around with some great amenities and food options nearby. Brad is always easy to communicate with. I recommend it.

Convenient location with a grocery and park nearby. Both levels nicely furnished with comfortable beds. We cooked breakfast and diner there too.

Brad was always helpful with any and all of my questions. Brad checked in via message mid stay to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again when visiting!

Great time in SiouxLand !!

This was such a great property for our family Christmas. Owners were great, location was great!! We will totally be back !!! If I could make a few suggestions.... ceiling fans in the bedrooms and exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Overall it was just perfect !!!! Thank you soooooooooooooooooo much.

Clean and Comfortable

Fire extinguisher would be good safety addition. Lighter, brighter paint on walls would be more inviting. Dark colors feel foreboding. We appreciated the kitchen was well equipped, except knives were bad. Basement bathroom needs work: shower head is not secure to wall, caulking is discolored and peeling off, cement shower base could be finished, clean up paint spots and smears. Christmas tree was great!

Seamless process and lots of room

Great location, close to grocery store, gas, food and right off the freeway. Plenty of room to lounge out and great kitchen to cook our meals. Friendly host and responded quickly when we had a question. Would recommend this home and would stay again when we come back to visit our families!
