Nestled in a peaceful, family-friendly area just 450 meters from the sandy beach, it’s also conveniently located 1 km from both a supermarket and a local restaurant—perfect for seaside living with easy access to essentials.

The villa features a private garden, outdoor furniture, and a fan-cooled terrace ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco. Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise: Ärger statt Erholung

Schon vor der Ankunft Stress pur: Nach 16 Std. Fahrt und acht bis neun vergeblichen Anrufversuchen erreichten wir endlich den „angegebenen Kontakt fĂŒr unsere Unterkunft“. Seine Antwort: Er habe keine Ahnung, sei nicht zustĂ€ndig und wisse auch nicht, wer fĂŒr uns zustĂ€ndig ist. Die in der Buchung angegebene Adresse? Ein leeres Feld. Erst Einheimische fĂŒhrten uns zur tatsĂ€chlichen Unterkunft.Dort der nĂ€chste Schock: Schmutzige Böden mit Flecken und Haaren, Staub in den Ecken, rote Flecken auf der Couch, verschimmelte Unterlage bei der SpĂŒle. Alle Kissen fleckig, teils wie Speichelspuren. Nur eine Klimaanlage kĂŒhlte, die anderen angeblich nur zum Heizen – trotz einstellbarer 12,5 C. Kostenloses WLAN und Mobilfunk? Fehlanzeige. Nur dank eines netten Nachbarn hatten wir schwaches, stĂ€ndig abbrechendes Internet, welches wir von ihm anzapfen.Sonnenschirm von Tag 1 defekt, tĂ€glich gemeldet, nie ersetzt. uns wurde jeden Tag neu versprochen, dass jemand kommt und den Sonnenschirm austauscht. Aber bis zum letzten Tag kam niemand. Ein Waschbecken verstopft, der Hausmeister zog Berge von Haaren heraus. Die SpĂŒlmaschine lief nur im Eco-Programm (3:50 Std.) und spĂŒlte trotzdem nicht sauber.Viele MĂ€ngel wĂ€ren leicht zu beheben gewesen. Stattdessen: Versprechen, Hinhaltetaktik, kein Einsatz. Unser Fazit: enttĂ€uschend, Ă€rgerlich und weit entfernt von dem, was gebucht und bezahlt wurde. Keine Empfehlung. Und dazu noch die Kaution von 500 , wegen der wir bangen, ob wir diese zurĂŒckbekomme
