Appartement vieillot, mal odorant, sale

L’appartement ne prĂ©sente qu’un seul avantage, ĂȘtre prĂȘt de la mer. Il est situĂ© dans une rĂ©sidence avec beaucoup de vis-Ă -vis. La place de parking Ă  le mĂ©rite d’exister mais elle est trop petite pour une voiture familiale ou un Suv. Le local poubelle est situĂ© Ă  l’opposĂ© de l’appartement, il est nĂ©cessaire de traverser toute la copropriĂ©tĂ© pour y dĂ©poser ses poubelles. L’appartement est au soleil du matin au soir, sans climatiseur et sans ventilateur alors qu’il faisait plus de 40-42 degrĂ©s, on a achetĂ© un ventilateur en urgence. Appartement vieillot, mal odorant, avec un canapĂ© -lit sale, une housse tachĂ©e, un matelas sale et aurĂ©olĂ© de taches, de mĂȘme pour les coussins,jaunatres et dĂ©goĂ»tants. Une chambre avec toiles d araignĂ©e, lit sale, housse non changĂ©e et coussins sales et odorants. Dans la sale de bains, les joints sont morts, et laissent l’eau s’infiltrer dans le mur, passent sur le carrelage et laissent sortir des taches marrons sur le linot. Dans la cuisine, un frigo qui fuit et qui est trop petit pour une famille. Le nĂ©cessaire n’y est pas: un balai avec un manche qui ne tient pas, pas de pelle et balayette, pas de chiffons, pas de produits
 Pas de lave-vaisselle, ni machine Ă  laver. Appartement petit, sale vieillot, trop cher pour les prestations qu’il offre, je ne le recommande pas. Une agence Ă  laquelle nous avons confiĂ© nos difficultĂ©s et qui n’a rien fait.

Kleine, hĂŒbsche Wohnung mit tollem Balkon

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein aber geschickt aufgeteilt. FĂŒr zwei Personen ist sie groß genug. Der Balkon bietet unverbauten Blick auf Strand und Meer.
