Our recent reservation in Sevilla, Spain, has unfortunately become my worst travel experience to date.We carefully selected this property due to size, location and amenities. Our communication with the host, Bea, leading up to our arrival was timely and positive, which made the subsequent issues all the more disappointing. The spiral of the trip was as follows; -Invalid Entry Code: Our group of 8 was stranded outside in 45F weather for approximately 45 minutes trying multiple codes and following instructions before we could finally gain access.- No Heat or Wi-Fi: Upon entering the unit, we discovered there was no heat, and the Wi-Fi was not functioning. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this with the host, the issues remained unresolved.- Power Outage: The power went completely out in the unit, while the rest of the building still had power. We were unable to connect to Wi-Fi to search for alternative accommodations. With no available cafes or restaurants offering seating, our group of 8 was once again forced to stand outside in the cold while I spent over an hour trying to secure alternate lodging.I ultimately found 4 separate rooms at a hotel which was a significant distance from the city's attractions, lacked a kitchen, and placed us on different floors. This situation resulted in significant, unexpected additional expenses. I recommend selecting another property to prevent families from such an awful experience.
Our holiday was terrible. the house is small. there is no space to eat together. the window in a bedroom is broken. we could not close it. there was a bad smell in the house. the building is orrible, HOUSE TO avoid
The property was clean but provided bare minimum. If you plan to cook then this place had very little to offer. Best to eat out! The air conditioning worked really well, given it was very hot outside. The location was fantastic, very central in Seville and we could easily walk everywhere.
