Welcome to Sweet Madness!
Located in the heart of Sévrier and 200 meters from the lake, discover a charming apartment, ideal for your family holiday! Perfectly suited for 4/5 people, this apartment consists of two bedrooms, a separate toilet, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a living room and a large terrace overlooking the mountains.
You will reach the lake and the municipal beach in less than 3 minutes on foot!
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed 160x200cm (Queen Size) and a large dressing room.
The second bedroom has a double bed 140x200cm and a single bed 90x200cm (Single) raised, as well as a large closet.
The entrance hall also has a nice storage space.
High-speed TV and Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer as well as coffee machine Senseo, kettle, toaster, fruit press. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine/dryer, a +iron ironing board and a hairdryer.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor with elevator.
Linen will be provided for your stay. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. You can move without a car during your stay and leave your car in the parking lot of the condominium (no private space). A bicycle storage room is also available.
Sévrier is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountainous setting. Enjoy its mountains, port and beaches! The beautiful city of Annecy is only 4 km away.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Weel end top ! Soleil, vélo, pic nic sur la plage de sevrier à 2 pas de l appartement. Un appartement où il fait bon vivre....rien ne manque, commerce de proximité accessible a pied.

Vacances dans notre coin de paradis
Encore un magnifique séjour où le temps a passé beaucoup trop vite. Partagés entre promenades le long du lac, petites randonnées avec vue sur le lac à Duingt, promenade dans la vieille ville d'Annecy, très chouette visite du musée de la cloche à Sévrier... Sans oublier un bon restau comme la Boussole avec vue sur le lac à Sévrier. Vivement un prochain séjour.

WEEK END EN AMOUREUX
Situation géographique au top ! en cette période vue sur les montagnes enneigées, juste magnifique, les illuminations sur la façade de l'église très belles, appartement décoré avec soin et fonctionnel.
la piste cyclable est à deux pas, de nombreuses promenades à faire à pied ou à vélo aux alentours..
Nous reviendrons c'est sur.

Vivement les prochaines vacances
Sévrier, une très chouette petite ville. Des restaurants sympas au bord du lac, une magnifique plage, un restaurant sur la plage...d autres plages sympas aux alentours. La Vieille ville d Annecy, quel charme. Un séjour aux multiples plaisirs dans un appartement tout confort. Nous avons presque tout fait à pieds ou en vélo. Vivement le prochain séjour.
