Great Location

Booked this hotel because it was close to Xujiahui metro station. It was easy to find and though there were some questions regarding check-in all was sorted. Room was simple and clean, was just there for a sleep then off the the metro early the next morning.

Good value for money. Great staff. Great location. Facility is minimal but not out of line with the price. I did NOT get the room that I paid for though. They gave me a cheaper one, and I had already paid Expedia.

Good value for money. The hotel staff were very cordial and helpful. Service personnel were friendly and professional. Not much food in the hotel restaurant but good restaurants nearby, especially a fantastic noodle restaurant. Small shop right next to the hotel, mainly cakes, chips, cola and ice cream.

Good for short stay

The front desk is very helpful as I requested for help to call a local mobile number to inquire about my conference held at another hotel. Room is decent with window facing another building. Internet connection very fast and good. Slipper provided. I will recommend for those who need a short stay (1 or 2 days) at a reasonable price. Overall okay.

Convenient and clean hotel

Good location, 10 minutes from Xujiahui metro, and 15 minutes from Jiaotong University metro. Very clean, modern rooms with hard beds, but strong wifi. They also provided two complementary water bottles daily.

Nice Hotel, Convenient Location, Good price

As a seasoned academic and business traveler I rank this small hotel highly. It’s clean, very reasonably priced, and a 8-10 minute walk from the Line 1/9/10/11 Metro station complex at Xujiahui. It’s just a 5 minute walk to Shanghai Jiao Tong University (the old campus). The staff is friendly and professional, and always willing to assist. I had to leave Shanghai for several days and they graciously stored my large suitcase for me. The hotel has a restaurant and the free breakfast selection features a wide variety of dishes. Lots of great local restaurants everywhere on the streets. My only caveat for non-Mandarin speakers is that this hotel is not geared toward foreigners. It’s a great little hotel, but if you don’t speak Mandarin, or are not comfortable being the lone foreigner in a place, and want all the perks in English, find one that caters to foreigners. (& of course pay the premium prices)

Not so bad hotel

It is a good hotel if you have in mind it is not near Shanghai downtown; the nearest subway station is about 10-15min walking. There's not too many places to eat around, maybe those shopping malls near the subway station; nevertheless it is a hotel that serves you if you just want to save some money. The staff is not too good in English, but this is something you will see often in China.

空間固然很大，也很乾淨。 但客房設施，略嫌簡陋。 無小冰箱，在炎炎夏日，無法冷藏飲品。 其次，房間隔音不好，旅客聊天聲音過大，影響睡眠。
