HÎtel trÚs beau, propre et trÚs bien situé a 3min de l'avenue commerçante et des restaurants, et a 2 min de la plage. Le personnel génial trÚs gentil et serviable. Parr contré la nourriture n'est pas trÚs bonne....

Ok, this is a hard hotel to rate, & here's why... The first 2 days were full of issues. My 1st room wasn't ready, so I got moved to another room. This room was terrible! It was in the older part of the hotel as the room needed an actual key to open the door. Firstly the toilet wouldn't flush, when that was fixed the toilet leaked & flooded the floor. That was fixed but then when you flushed the toilet it leaked again. Also the bed sheet had what looked like a blood stain on it & the mini fridge didn't work. The following day I was moved to another room, this time in the main building. On first inspection it looked ok, but the mini fridge didn't work and the patio doors were not fitted well which resulted in quite a bit of noise from outside. I complained about the fridge and it was replaced, although the fridge had electrical tape holding the wires together! In addition to all the issues, there is no free access to the beach. It didn't mention that in the hotel details on Expedia!. If I had known this, I wouldn't have booked the hotel. But, after all this, once everything was fixed, I actually had an ok stay. The hotel itself looks ok. The pool area is nice, as is the reception area and main building. The view of the bay is partially blocked by the back of the Marina Sharm Hotel, so I really wouldn't say it's a great view of the bay, but it's quite good. In general the hotel is ok, but the appliances, fixtures & fittings are poorly maintained.

It was very close to all the bars, shops and restaurants, although down a steep set of steps (110). A choice of 2 beaches within walking distance (sandy or coral). No tea/coffee making facilities in the room (although advertised on the Expedia site). Room very basic, no hangers in the wardrobe? Chairs looked stained. Staff friendly and room cleaned daily.

La posizione Ăš straordinaria, in cima ad un terrapieno con panorama sulla baia. È un po’ faticoso muoversi a piedi verso Naama perchĂš c’ù una lunga scalinata, ma il gioco vale la candela. L’hotel non Ăš un top class, Ăš un po’ datato ma ha tutto quello che serve per un’esperienza di viaggio senza enormi pretese. Il personale Ăš eccezionale. Essendo la mia prima volta a Sharm mi hanno assegnato una camera Superior (vista piscina e mare) anche se ne avevo acquistata una di profilo inferiore. L’esperienza Ăš stata piacevolissima, ci ritornerĂČ.

Horrible hotel to stay. Receptionist and the man outside caring the bags very bad attitude, room no hot water, water came out dirty after turning the heater on. I got another room and no sea view, toilet was not sitting properly and causing the bathroom a bad smell. I don’t recommend it. Very bad experience
