The front desk service was excellent. The staff kindly provided a small cake upon learning it was our birthday, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
However, the sound insulation in the room could be improved. We could clearly hear doors opening and closing loudly in neighboring rooms, as well as people passing by the door.
The breakfast selection was less varied than expected, with a heavy emphasis on bread and pastry items. That said, guests who enjoy baked goods would likely be satisfied. The dining area itself was very pleasant and comfortable.
Overall, we appreciated the attentive service and comfortable dining environment, though there is room for improvement regarding room noise isolation and breakfast variety.
