The hotel is light and spacious and the room comfortable. It is close to the main sights of Siena. The staff are attebtive. There was a good variety on offer for breakfast and the option of eggs and cheese if wanted. Probably the only downside was the WiFi did not reach to our room, but it was not an issue for usm

Fantastic location - very reasonable info the centre and great views of the town and valley from the terrace. Took was studies and very clean. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and the daily breakfast was always lovely and had lots of choice.

This hotel was small and delightful! The staff was exceptional! Attentive and helpful. Prior to arriving they sent us a what’s ap text stating the best way to enter the city and between what hours the front desk was staffed. We had a second floor room and it was as pictured. Very comfortable. The cook at breakfast was attentive and the simple menu excellent! So close to the heart of town. The staff were so helpful with reservations and helping us find the best walking path to our destinations. I can not recommend this place more highly!

The views of this hotel were ridiculous AMAZING , the front desk was very helpful and friendly. It was walkable to restaurants and amenities. The only downside was that the air conditioning was not working and we call the “emergency “ number and still they did not do nothing about it, because of that we need to open the windows and I have a couple of mosquitoes bites and I guess there was a celebration and the noise from outside did not let me sleep well and the fireworks felt louder.

Great welcome, really friendly and helpful staff. Really glad I used their on parking service, given how busy Siena is I would've struggled securing off site parking. The room was nice and bug with absolutely incredible panoramic views.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa del Sole Siena. The terrace offers a stunning view, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and even went above and beyond when one staff member escorted us out of the city on his motorcycle after roads were closed for upcoming celebrations. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Piazza del Campo. Highly recommended!

Everyone was wonderful and friendly. Receptionist helped us to orient to the town and places to eat. Held our luggage while we strolled the town and texted us when the room w as ready. Delicious breakfast, gorgeous room and views. Perfect!
