Check-in felt more like a list of rules not to break, rather than welcoming. The “fitness center” consisted of two broken treadmills and a recumbent bike that is ancient. Consider swapping with dumbbells and kettlebells and ditching the ancient cardio equipment that needs to be maintained. Shower/toilet area needs more hooks or something where you can put your clothes while you shower. The curtain in my room was missing a hook so could never be fully closed-I used a clothespin to keep out the light/ensure privacy.
